Toolibut Bush Camp is a secluded, tranquil 68 acre bush block set back one kilometre from Borden-Bremer Bay Road, 32 kilometres from Bremer Bay, Western Australia. You can choose either a secluded area to camp where you can surround yourself with natural bush, Yates, and Toolibut trees or a more wide open space where two or three caravans traveling together can park with plenty of room. There are walk trails to explore that meander through the bush, wetlands and paperbark thickets. Keep a lookout for kangaroos and bird life. For the 4x4 enthusiast, the 9 km track to Reef Beach is a challenge that will reward you with beach fishing and sand dunes to explore. If you prefer, you can set up camp near the camp kitchen. This area is ideal for group bookings as well as individuals. The camp kitchen is basic with a BBQ, bar, fridge and a sink with running untreated rain water. A clean toilet is also provided but no shower. It is recommended that you are self-contained as the camp kitchen has no water or power outlets, (hookups) for caravans or RV's. No generators please. Campfire in the communal firepit area is welcome except during a fire ban. Firewood and kindling are provided for your convenience. While sitting around the fire, you can see the stars and listen to the night sounds. Don't forget the marshmallows. We are a dog friendly camp-site but please keep your pets on a leash. If you wish to take your dog off the lead for a run, there is a designated off leash area in the top paddock. You may even see our family of kangaroos on your walk. Toolibut is an ideal place to park up and explore the surrounding area. Bremer Bay has excellent beaches, whale tours and the world renowned Fitzgerald River National Park with its unique wildflowers and viewing platforms for whale watching.

Lynda is amazing, cool and super kind. Probably the best host in our trip around WA. Location is quite far from Bremer bay so I it’s ideal for those looking to explore Bremer bay the following day or those planning to leave Bremer bay.

We absolutely loved this campsite! There are hectares of beautiful landscape to walk round and we were lucky to spot kangaroos in the forest! The toilets and showers were clean as well. On our first night we were bogged down from some loose sand as we were driving a caravan and we couldn’t be more appreciative of Kevin and Lynda for their kindness and graciousness for getting us free! (Pls note that the campsite is largely firm ground but we couldn’t tell at the start as we came at night :) ) Kevin and Lynda came to us first thing in the morning to help us with the caravan, such kind souls and we were lucky to have their help! Thanks Kevin and Lynda for their great stay and we will be back!

Fantastic stay at Lynda’s and Kevin’s place. We roasted marshmallows around the fire pit, had a hot shower and got to pet Sophie the dog. Doesn’t get better than this.

A large property with heaps of places to set up and be secluded. Lynda and Kevin are very welcoming and helpful. It’s about a 30 minute drive into Bremer Bay for a beautiful swim and lunch

My friends and I loved camping in the Shady Spot, very cozy and relaxing place. Lynda and Kevin amazing hosts and amenities end up in giving us the best camping experience for Easter weekend. Access to flushable toilets and hot shower, and kitchen camp and fireplace made us feel so comfortable. Definitely highly recommended!

Great camping spot. We were on the bottom paddock and were able to nestle in amongst the trees for a sheltered spot. Lynda was super helpful on arrival and checked in on us during our stay. The camp toilet and shower is well done, and fits with the overall laid back, rustic vibe. We will be back!

Kevin and Linda are absolutely lovely!! Expect to see Linda racing around on her little 4 wheeler with her dog chasing behind. We have 4 Pomeranians and they really enjoyed having their own little safe and secure fenced area to run around in. Beautiful quiet and peaceful totally loved our stay (9 days) and would definitely recommend this piece of heaven.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tuli Butt, an off-grid bush camp that truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kevin and Linda, whose hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The camp itself is beautifully set in nature, offering a peaceful and authentic bush escape. Being off-grid only added to the charm. The surroundings were stunning, with plenty of space to relax, explore, and simply take it all in. Kevin and Linda were exceptional hosts—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. They struck the perfect balance between being available when needed and allowing guests to enjoy their privacy. Their passion for the camp and the environment really shines through in everything they do. The facilities were thoughtfully set up, maintaining a rustic feel while still being comfortable and practical. Everything we needed was there, and it was clear a lot of care had gone into creating such a special place. If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful getaway immersed in nature, Tuli Butt is an absolute gem. We can’t recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Such a lovely spot out in the bush! Lots of space for camper vans and tents. The amenities and camp kitchen are clean and there are hot showers. Kevin and Lynda were very welcoming and accomodating! I only had a swag with a big chance of rain and Lynda made sure I was undercover. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly hosts with great facilities. We didn’t go on the walks around the camping but they looked great. The shower was very cold but other than that it was good for the price. As it was charged per person, it felt slightly on the more expensive side compared to other camps, but it is still good value for money.

We loved caravaning at the Meadows site in Toolibut.Hosts were super friendly and very accomidating. Site level with great access and loads of space. Will defo book again for peace and tranquility. Fab alternative to busy parks . Love this place .

We just got back from a fantastic stay at Toolibut Grove and it’s already been decided: this is our new base camp for all future Bremer getaways. ​We arrived to some classic wind and light rain, but the site provided excellent shelter without making us feel closed in. It’s the perfect balance—you feel completely secluded from other campers, yet you’re only a stone's throw from the amenities and the excellent camp kitchen. ​The property itself is beautiful. We spent our mornings with a cuppa in hand, wandering the on-site walking tracks and spotting plenty of native birdlife, including some majestic black cockatoos. A highlight was the 'welcoming committee'—Keven and Linda’s dogs are legends. They are so well-behaved and friendly, stopping by for a quick snuggle before heading off to finish their rounds. ​For the 4x4 fans, the proximity to the Reef Beach track is a huge plus. Just a heads-up for others: it’s a proper slow-crawl track with plenty of natural rock that’ll definitely test your suspension and throw you around a bit, but it’s absolutely worth the effort for the views. ​Huge thanks to Keven and Linda for being such accommodating hosts. We can’t wait to head back down

A great spot for a quiet camp near incredible beaches! We loved our 5 night stay in the meadow. Flat for the caravan and wide open space for our dog (on a long lead) to roam about our campsite without bothering others. Can’t speak highly enough about the lovely hosts! Would recommend!

The Meadow
We absolutely loved our time at Toolibut! This was our first longer camp with our puppies and we couldn't have asked for a more of a gem to get them out and about. The meadow gave us a huge area to play, off leash, whilst we had it to ourselves, and the morning and evening walks around the property walk trails gave a more tranquil start and finish to each day. Close enough to Bremer Bay but without getting caught up in the tourist rat race. Lynda and Kevin have ticked every box in accommodating us on very short notice while making sure we were all sorted. We wanted for nothing. Toolibut is definitely a go-to for us for future Bremer trips.
