Private and quiet with no frills

A private location overlooking a beautiful vista. Very quiet on and off the property. But, they could have done a quick whip around with a mower to clear an area. We had to drive back and forward over a section of grass to flatten it enough just to setup. If it wasn't a wet weekend, or a few weeks more into spring, I would not have stayed because the fire risk of my exhaust igniting the tall grass would have been too great.

Overall we it was ok but it’s just a paddock with long grass and no definite sites just pick the shortest grass you can find. At least we were allowed to burn some of the plentiful dead wood from the bush along the edge of paddock.

Huge camping area with easy access, close to Albany. It was comforting to know the caravan was safe and secure in the front paddock while we enjoyed the Albany Area.

Great, clear directions to access the property. Spectacular views, sunset and sunrise. The sun rising and gleaming on the home on the farm was so beautiful. We only stayed for the night but loved the serenity and the gentle mooing of the cows. Thanks Taya!

We loved our stay here! Had the horses come for a visit. Lots of space and room for the dog too. The tree line provided lots of protection from the wind.

What a magical place, so relaxing, so nice.
Great spot to just unwind.
Highly recommended if you like a great paddock camp with rolling greens as far as the eye can see, horses that visit.

We absolutely loved camping at the front paddock. Tons of open space with nice hidden spots to camp. It was very easy to access and had 3 beautiful local horses on the property that would visit which our little kids absolutely loved. Was the perfect spot to stay just a short drive outside of Albany. We will definitely be rebooking for our next adventure down this way. 10/10!

Peaceful and quiet, even over the Easter long weekend you could enjoy a good nights sleep, there was complete silence once it got dark.
The Horses in the paddock were friendly and enjoyed the company of the campers as they wandered between campsites.
The host Taya was quite happy to assist.

Spent an absolutely beautiful autumn night camping, the spot was amazing and quiet. Caught an incredible sunset then cozied up to stargaze.

Lovely open spots nestled against the trees, with views over a large paddock, and Kalgan fields. Plenty of room to not camp on top of each other. Easy access and distance from Albany. Very quiet, peaceful, and so many stars to see! A quick stop for me this time, but I'll book in again when I venture by to visit more of the surrounding beaches and parks, in Kalgan and around Albany. Thanks Taya!

Heaps of room, telstra and TV reception, beautiful surroundings and so close to Albany! Paddock camping with either full sun or part shade. Views to paddocks and cows, a couple of horses in the front paddock. Sensational sunrises and sunsets, peace and quiet, sometimes windy!
