Deepdene Farmstay is a beautiful rural property with a fabulous view! We have a number of unpowered camp sites located approximately 5 minutes drive from Augusta, which offers a number of tourist attractions and great fishing spots. We are also located a short 800m from Jewel Cave, which is a very popular tourist attraction and café. Our campsites overlook paddocks of cows and horses, with a lovely breeze and a number of large trees to offer shade in the summer, while being protected from the harsh winds in winter. If you are pretty much self contained and would like to camp out away from the hustle and bustle, in a tranquil and peaceful setting...then this is for you. However, if you like life's luxuries, then this won't be your cup of tea. One of the reviews said nice but a bit wild, I think they must be used to caravan parks or something. We try our best to fit in with the environment, so we have a couple of compost toilets and solar showers (for private not public use, for more info on this, please enquire ) and compost and recycling bins to try and do our bit. Dogs are permitted but this is a working farm with livestock so uncontrolled dogs chasing wildlife or stock which cant be controlled will be dealt with as needed including euthanised. If its hard to control don't bring it please!

Light and noise pollution free for open star gazing and serene sunrise/sunset views. 2 Dams available to swim most of the year round. The closest has easy gravel access to the water, a kayak or SUP waiting for use. A longer walk with an incline into a clay based Dam is another option. During winter a creek runs through the south of the property. We have grazing sheep with multiple paddocks. 1 Alpaca, Oscar, keeping guard. During lambing season you may get a chance to see them up close. Eggs may be available to purchase, depending on demand from our chicken Coop. 35 acres vineyard with Varieties of white and red. There are many unofficial paths to wander on the property, the driveway itself is great for a leg workout. Most places around the farm will have spaces accessible to walk, you may just need to 'pick a path' depending on the rotation of mowing and the level of wetness during rainy seasons. There may be snakes present. We have personally only seen 1 tiger snake in the 3 years of being here and it wasn't in a place for easy walking. Just be mindful At the moment we are offering only sites for fully self contained set ups. Our infrastructure is slowly expanding and we hope to offer more amenities in the future. Feedback and ideas from seasoned caravaners would be appreciated for the long term vision. The property is well situated for mid south west exploration 15km South of Bridgetown 25km North of Manjimup 45min to Pemberton and Nannup 1.5hrs to Kojonup through the back forrest 1.45 to Karridale and Margs An easy 2.5hr drive to Albany on the scenic Muir Hwy. While the property itself has a farming foundation, with the addition of orchards and vegetable gardens on the horizon, we are a holistically minded outfit. Toolibut Bush Camp is a secluded, tranquil 68 acre bush block set back one kilometre from Borden-Bremer Bay Road, 32 kilometres from Bremer Bay, Western Australia. You can choose either a secluded area to camp where you can surround yourself with natural bush, Yates, and Toolibut trees or a more wide open space where two or three caravans traveling together can park with plenty of room. There are walk trails to explore that meander through the bush, wetlands and paperbark thickets. Keep a lookout for kangaroos and bird life. For the 4x4 enthusiast, the 9 km track to Reef Beach is a challenge that will reward you with beach fishing and sand dunes to explore. If you prefer, you can set up camp near the camp kitchen. This area is ideal for group bookings as well as individuals. The camp kitchen is basic with a BBQ, bar, fridge and a sink with running untreated rain water. A clean toilet is also provided but no shower. It is recommended that you are self-contained as the camp kitchen has no water or power outlets, (hookups) for caravans or RV's. No generators please. Campfire in the communal firepit area is welcome except during a fire ban. Firewood and kindling are provided for your convenience. While sitting around the fire, you can see the stars and listen to the night sounds. Don't forget the marshmallows. We are a dog friendly camp-site but please keep your pets on a leash. If you wish to take your dog off the lead for a run, there is a designated off leash area in the top paddock. You may even see our family of kangaroos on your walk. Toolibut is an ideal place to park up and explore the surrounding area. Bremer Bay has excellent beaches, whale tours and the world renowned Fitzgerald River National Park with its unique wildflowers and viewing platforms for whale watching.

We are a hobby farm set on 100-acres on the North Dandalup scarp, with a few sheep. You will find kangaroos, echidnas, sometimes emus visiting our property. You can enjoy the great views into the horizon towards the Indian Ocean amidst the tall jarrah and gum trees. Campsites are set in the woodlands, some with views. It’s perfect for people seeking 'quiet' time away, but still near to amenities in the towns around here. You can take walks to experience forest therapy, have a campfire or canoe in the dams during wintertime. There is no power, water or toilet facilities so campers must be completely self-contained. You are expected to clear up and take all rubbish with you. Leave no trace. The terrain is rather hilly, hence a few sites are accessible only by 4WD (Sembawang and Changi). There are some sites that are still accessible with regular cars (Opera 1, 2 or 3; Tampines, Bedok). RVs and small caravans are welcomed. All vehicles have to stay on the paths, and not to make any tracks. The gravel road leading to our property is shared with neighbours who run horses. As such, please drive really slowly here so as not to cause the horses to bolt. During the summer fire season, fires are strictly prohibited! Dogs welcome (on leash).

We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have several spots on our property we would love to share with like minded people who have a love for nature, music and wine. PLEASE BE AWARE WE HAVE NO FACILITIES such as toilets, showers and water. Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for wine but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a gift shop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells), newly opened McHenry Hohnen Vintners wine bar and vintage stores which it has become renown for.

The Camp - Wave Rock Short Stay is located 2 km from the Hyden town site and 2 km from Wave Rock. Both locations are easily accessible by car or by using the walking/cycling trail. To access the walking trail please head back to Aylmore Road, turn right and when you reach the intersection cross the highway to meet the walking/cycling trail. Left will take you to town and right to Wave Rock. Please be mindful that our property neighbours a working sheep and cropping farm. Wave Rock is a granite cliff 15 metres high and 110 metres long. It’s rounded-like shape has been caused by weathering and water erosion which has undercut the base and left a rounded overhang. Water from the springs running down the rock during wetter months dissolves minerals adding to the colouring of the wave. In 1960, crystals from Hyden Rock were dated at being 2700 million years old, which are amongst the oldest in Australia. A 15 minute drive north of Wave Rock you will see a “giant” lurching out of the bushland. This massive granite rock formation is known as the Humps – grab your hat, sun screen and water bottle and explore! Be sure to visit Mulka's Cave. The name “Mulka” comes from an Aboriginal Legend associated with the cave. As you enter the cave (take a few moments for your eyes to adjust) and look at the walls and note the many hand stencils believed to representing adults and children. Close to Lake Magic, a large local salt lake, Denis Collins constructed a 20m round, 6m deep swimming pool-like gypsum pond whose buoyancy and therapeutic properties are greater than those of the Dead Sea.

Just 1 hour from Perth, Harmony Retreat is a conscious camping space situated on 25 acres at the foothills of the Darling Range Escarpment just 10-15 minutes from Pinjarra and Dwellingup, 7 minutes from the southwest highway, and 3 minutes from Pinjarra-Williams Road. It's an easily accessible and picturesque private property with approximately 7 acres of forest, flushing toilet, hot outdoor shower, a winter creek, a swimmable spring-fed dam, and an abundance of bird and wildlife, nestled between cattle farms in the heart of the Peel region. There are friendly free-ranging chickens and Guinea fowl, a mischievous mini pig, friendly goats, sheep, and a family dog on site. The owners Michelle, Troy, and Carolyne live and work onsite (this is a working farm). THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO BOOK IF YOU INTEND TO PARTY. The camping area is easily accessed by most vehicles. There is a hot water outdoor shower and toilet available to use and within walking distance of each site. CHILDREN - The dam on the property is currently unfenced and has steep sides when the water line is low, therefore this property is not recommended for those with small and wandering children. We also asked that older children are supervised, so as not to vandalise property, nature, gardens and fire-pits (this has been a problem in the past). Friendly dogs are welcome, however, must be kept on a leash at all times, due to free-ranging chickens, livestock and wildlife on the property. There are no cooking facilities available. Therefore, you will need to be completely self-sufficient including cooker, kettle, esky, etc, and also bringing your own drinking water as the water from the taps comes from our spring-fed dam. We do ask that you follow local fire regulations with no outdoor open flames during fire bans. All rubbish and waste needs to be taken with you. However, Peppa the Pig will always appreciate your veggie scraps. Fires are permitted in designated fire pits during fire season. Anyone found having a fire during FIRE BANS will be reported to authorities and asked to leave the property immediately (we need to use firm words around this, as bushfire destroys homes and endangers lives). We have five sites available for self-contained campers. We do not offer any facilities. Self-contained campers/vans only, you MUST bring everything with you including a toilet. Stay here and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings over a glass of wine from one of the local wineries or head out and explore the beautiful Geographe Wine Region. Redgum Hill Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting. Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter. Valley Vista Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm. Creek Junction Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue. Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them. Hidden Corner Hidden Corner is situated at the back corner of the property. It is the most isolated of the three campsites with views of the open paddock and across the valley in front of you and state forest behind. Shed Pad (No longer has bathroom facilities) Shed Pad is our only powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed. It has a patio area with a table and 4 chairs (an extra 2 can be provided if required). WIFI is also available for an additional fee. It is an intimate site, perfect for one large caravan or two small caravans and a couple of swags/tents. It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest. it is at the entrance to the property next to the main shed and in close proximity to the house.

We have a number of unpowered camp sites located approximately 5 minutes drive from Augusta, which offers a number of tourist attractions and great fishing spots. We are also located a short 800m from Jewel Cave, which is a very popular tourist attraction and café. Our campsites overlook paddocks of cows and horses, with a lovely breeze and a number of large trees to offer shade in the summer, while being protected from the harsh winds in winter. If you are pretty much self contained and would like to camp out away from the hustle and bustle, in a tranquil and peaceful setting...then this is for you. However, if you like life's luxuries, then this won't be your cup of tea. One of the reviews said nice but a bit wild, I think they must be used to caravan parks or something. We try our best to fit in with the environment, so we have a couple of compost toilets and solar showers (for private not public use, for more info on this, please enquire ) and compost and recycling bins to try and do our bit. Dogs are permitted but this is a working farm with livestock so uncontrolled dogs chasing wildlife or stock which cant be controlled will be dealt with as needed including euthanised. If its hard to control don't bring it please!

During winter a creek runs through the south of the property. We have grazing sheep with multiple paddocks. 1 Alpaca, Oscar, keeping guard. During lambing season you may get a chance to see them up close. Eggs may be available to purchase, depending on demand from our chicken Coop. 35 acres vineyard with Varieties of white and red. There are many unofficial paths to wander on the property, the driveway itself is great for a leg workout. Most places around the farm will have spaces accessible to walk, you may just need to 'pick a path' depending on the rotation of mowing and the level of wetness during rainy seasons. There may be snakes present. We have personally only seen 1 tiger snake in the 3 years of being here and it wasn't in a place for easy walking. Just be mindful At the moment we are offering only sites for fully self contained set ups. Our infrastructure is slowly expanding and we hope to offer more amenities in the future. Feedback and ideas from seasoned caravaners would be appreciated for the long term vision. The property is well situated for mid south west exploration 15km South of Bridgetown 25km North of Manjimup 45min to Pemberton and Nannup 1.5hrs to Kojonup through the back forrest 1.45 to Karridale and Margs An easy 2.5hr drive to Albany on the scenic Muir Hwy. If you wish to take your dog off the lead for a run, there is a designated off leash area in the top paddock. You may even see our family of kangaroos on your walk. Toolibut is an ideal place to park up and explore the surrounding area. We are a hobby farm set on 100-acres on the North Dandalup scarp, with a few sheep. You will find kangaroos, echidnas, sometimes emus visiting our property. You can enjoy the great views into the horizon towards the Indian Ocean amidst the tall jarrah and gum trees. Campsites are set in the woodlands, some with views. It’s perfect for people seeking 'quiet' time away, but still near to amenities in the towns around here. You can take walks to experience forest therapy, have a campfire or canoe in the dams during wintertime. There is no power, water or toilet facilities so campers must be completely self-contained. You are expected to clear up and take all rubbish with you. Leave no trace. The terrain is rather hilly, hence a few sites are accessible only by 4WD (Sembawang and Changi). There are some sites that are still accessible with regular cars (Opera 1, 2 or 3; Tampines, Bedok). RVs and small caravans are welcomed. All vehicles have to stay on the paths, and not to make any tracks. The gravel road leading to our property is shared with neighbours who run horses. As such, please drive really slowly here so as not to cause the horses to bolt. During the summer fire season, fires are strictly prohibited! Dogs welcome (on leash).

The Camp - Wave Rock Short Stay is located 2 km from the Hyden town site and 2 km from Wave Rock. Both locations are easily accessible by car or by using the walking/cycling trail. To access the walking trail please head back to Aylmore Road, turn right and when you reach the intersection cross the highway to meet the walking/cycling trail. Left will take you to town and right to Wave Rock. Please be mindful that our property neighbours a working sheep and cropping farm. Wave Rock is a granite cliff 15 metres high and 110 metres long. It’s rounded-like shape has been caused by weathering and water erosion which has undercut the base and left a rounded overhang. Water from the springs running down the rock during wetter months dissolves minerals adding to the colouring of the wave. In 1960, crystals from Hyden Rock were dated at being 2700 million years old, which are amongst the oldest in Australia. A 15 minute drive north of Wave Rock you will see a “giant” lurching out of the bushland. This massive granite rock formation is known as the Humps – grab your hat, sun screen and water bottle and explore! Be sure to visit Mulka's Cave. The name “Mulka” comes from an Aboriginal Legend associated with the cave. As you enter the cave (take a few moments for your eyes to adjust) and look at the walls and note the many hand stencils believed to representing adults and children. Close to Lake Magic, a large local salt lake, Denis Collins constructed a 20m round, 6m deep swimming pool-like gypsum pond whose buoyancy and therapeutic properties are greater than those of the Dead Sea.

Just 1 hour from Perth, Harmony Retreat is a conscious camping space situated on 25 acres at the foothills of the Darling Range Escarpment just 10-15 minutes from Pinjarra and Dwellingup, 7 minutes from the southwest highway, and 3 minutes from Pinjarra-Williams Road. It's an easily accessible and picturesque private property with approximately 7 acres of forest, flushing toilet, hot outdoor shower, a winter creek, a swimmable spring-fed dam, and an abundance of bird and wildlife, nestled between cattle farms in the heart of the Peel region. There are friendly free-ranging chickens and Guinea fowl, a mischievous mini pig, friendly goats, sheep, and a family dog on site. The owners Michelle, Troy, and Carolyne live and work onsite (this is a working farm). THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO BOOK IF YOU INTEND TO PARTY. The camping area is easily accessed by most vehicles. There is a hot water outdoor shower and toilet available to use and within walking distance of each site. CHILDREN - The dam on the property is currently unfenced and has steep sides when the water line is low, therefore this property is not recommended for those with small and wandering children. We also asked that older children are supervised, so as not to vandalise property, nature, gardens and fire-pits (this has been a problem in the past). Friendly dogs are welcome, however, must be kept on a leash at all times, due to free-ranging chickens, livestock and wildlife on the property. There are no cooking facilities available. Therefore, you will need to be completely self-sufficient including cooker, kettle, esky, etc, and also bringing your own drinking water as the water from the taps comes from our spring-fed dam. We do ask that you follow local fire regulations with no outdoor open flames during fire bans. All rubbish and waste needs to be taken with you. However, Peppa the Pig will always appreciate your veggie scraps. Fires are permitted in designated fire pits during fire season. Anyone found having a fire during FIRE BANS will be reported to authorities and asked to leave the property immediately (we need to use firm words around this, as bushfire destroys homes and endangers lives). 68-acre peaceful retreat nestled within State Forest, a short drive from Donnybrook. We are one of only two properties in this small, isolated pocket. We have five sites available for self-contained campers. We do not offer any facilities. Self-contained campers/vans only, you MUST bring everything with you including a toilet. Stay here and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings over a glass of wine from one of the local wineries or head out and explore the beautiful Geographe Wine Region. Redgum Hill Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting. Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter. Valley Vista Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm. Creek Junction Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue. Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them. Hidden Corner Hidden Corner is situated at the back corner of the property. It is the most isolated of the three campsites with views of the open paddock and across the valley in front of you and state forest behind. Shed Pad (No longer has bathroom facilities) Shed Pad is our only powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed. It has a patio area with a table and 4 chairs (an extra 2 can be provided if required). WIFI is also available for an additional fee. It is an intimate site, perfect for one large caravan or two small caravans and a couple of swags/tents. It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest. it is at the entrance to the property next to the main shed and in close proximity to the house.

Awesome setup for our coaster in the top paddock. The road in is short so don’t need to deal with endless corrugation and it was all 2WD accessible. The site was massive so we could let out collie run free to play frisbee in the morning. Toilets flushable and super clean and even a hot shower.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Toolibut! Kevin and Lynda were so welcoming and nothing was a bother. When we arrived they offered us to stay at a different site to the one we booked and they felt it was nicer. We ended up staying in the meadow and it was so peaceful, lots of bird life and wide open spaces, perfect! Will definitely be back!

I already left a review but we stayed at Toolibut again on our way back from Esperance and it was so lovely again, so wanted to write another review :) . Lynda and Kevin really are the sweetest and most welcoming people who make you feel right at home, and so it felt great to come back to the campsite after a long way of driving. The campsite itself is amazing as well: apart from the well maintained toilets, shower and pathways, the campground itself is just beautiful and we loved taking walks around the property. Toolibut is our favourite campsite in Australia yet (and we have seen a few), and if we are ever back in Western Australia we will definitely come back here. In short, would 1000% recommend!

Fantastic spot for us to stop over at on our way down to Esperance and would be a great spot for those looking to do a Whale tour out of Bremer Bay. Well looked after kitchen/bathroom area with toilet, shower and wash facilities plus access to a kettle and power points if you have your own appliances. Greeted on arrival and showed where things are and camp rules. Would definitely reccomend, plenty of space on the property to camp up.
