We had a great time at window to the wetlands. Carmel was so welcoming & accomodating. The facilities are amazing & well maintained. Beautiful quiet area with the birds from the wetlands providing the perfect soundtrack.

1 night at Goulburn Downs

Had a amazing night at camp site 6. Its so close to river so we just sat our chairs on the bank and watched the wildlife. There is a fire pit with firewood everywhere. We forgot our camping box ! Tim was wonderful and brought his cooking gear down for us to borrow even though it was so late when we realised our forgetfulness. In the morning we caught 4 fish from the river. Tim allowed us to stay all day and make the most of the beautiful river.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect for some peace and quiet yet a short drive to wineries, the speedway and Nagambie town. Such a clean and well maintained block too. We would love to return!

Weekend Trip to Glenmaye Farm

What a wonderful weekend we had at Creekside Paddock. A lovely, mostly enclosed spot quite a distance from other campers with a big campfire area and amazing sunset views. We very much enjoyed exploring Euroa and the surrounding area. Highly recommend a trip up the Mt Wombat to enjoy 360 degree views of Victoria. The campsite was flat and spacious. The toilet was the most amazing composting toilet with toilet paper, hand washing facilities and a mirror! Worth noting that the toilet is a few hundred metres from this campsite, so a 3-4 minute walk, but a very quick drive! Matine was super helpful, easy going and friendly. We were very sad to pack up on the Sunday. Our 3 dogs loved it as well!

We had a lovely time camping at the Right on the Banks site at Matine’s property. It was the perfect size for our group (two tents and a swag) and felt secluded and private from our neighbours down at the Sleepy Hollow site. The sound of the creek running and the wind high up in the trees was beautiful and it was a full moon which was extra special.

3 nights at Tooranie Stay Echuca Moama

This is a great camp, I’d highly recommend it. The hosts are great, they’ve done a great job of of keeping the setting as a bush camp but have nice touches to make life easy. Like a water tap, perfect for putting the fire or a quick wash down.

3 nights at Glenmaye Farm

Clear directions. I stayed in sleepy hollow which was gorgeous. Lots of space. Flat. Shady but you could find spots of sun if you wanted. Dirt road for a few km but easily managed in my little 2wd hatch. Beautiful creek. And a truly delightful composting toilet set up (shared, a few minutes walk away)

We have gone to loads of campsites Australia wide and this is by far one of our favs! So peaceful and secluded with loads of space - perfect for a group camping trip. Kerry was fantastic and great with communicating. Toilet and shower were clean, campfire was amazing, ground was level and perfect for tents and located close to town for when we need to grab something but far enough that it still made you feel like you're right in the outback. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Weekend Trip to Glenmaye Farm

From the moment I drove through the gates of Glenmaye farm there was a sense of peace, tranquillity, surrounded by rocky mountainous hills. Matine greeted me along with her visiting friend and farm dog. Instructions were clear as to where to meet the host. Marine was very friendly and down to earth. I was taken to my campsite which was perfect for my solo trip away . Flat shaded area, compost toilet, close to small creek bed and very private, I couldn't see other campers. Firepit available, byo firewood or can be purchased on arrival . Plenty of kindling on site .. I thoroughly enjoyed the freedom of exploring the property, abundant of wildlife both dawn to dusk. The highlight of my trip was walking to the waterfall on the property. It was a scenic walk along the creek then meandering throughout the hills to come across a magical waterfall. It was lovely to sit and enjoy the peace, watching the skinks popping their heads out of the rocks to catch the sun. Overall for an off grid campsite, Glenmaye farm is a great escape from the busyness of life. Close to Benalla To note phone reception poor at campsite Thanks Matine I will certainly return

Our 300-acre off-grid property backs onto the Barmah National Park. This forest, together with the adjoining Millewa forest, forms the largest River Red Gum forest in the world - it's majestic to explore. Our property is just 500 meters from the Murray River. From your camp, roughly a 1 kilometre walk through the forest. On our boundary is Backwater Creek, which fills with water when the Murray River is up. NOTE: Creek is often dry. It has water in it after environmental flows of the Murray. This can happen several times a year and the water lasts a few months. If you have any questions about water levels please ask before booking as it might be dry when you're here. We're located just 5kms northeast of Moama, where you can hop aboard a paddle-steamer, visit waterside wineries and soak up rich riverboat heritage. We offer a few large, beautiful, basic bush camping sites (the best kind!) in amongst 50 acres of bushland, with 100's of meters and trees between you and other potential campers. The rest of our property is used for cropping and sheep. Campers must take out what you bring in. Big Bama and No 3 - you'll need to be fully self contained. There is a dump point in Moama. Toilets can be hired from Central Hire in Echuca. They can deliver it for you. Mobile and internet is usually reliable, though with long weekends and summer school holidays the service seems to disappear! *Please feel free to book anyone in your possie that is under 18 as a child.

Bike riding or nature type walk is an option if it suits you. Still if you wish some quiet time to yourselves our property is big enough to give you that too. At this stage we only can cater for weekend stays - you are welcome to arrive Friday afternoon and depart during Monday morning as convenient to you.
