The property is the bush refuge corner of a larger grazing property. Whilst sheep and cattle graze on one side of the fence, the wildlife grazing on "our" side includes echidnas, wombats, wallabies, possums, koalas, and is home to more than 30 species of birds identified so far.
Tarwin Lower EcoStudio is not far out of town and the Tarwin River (4 kms), for boating, paddling and fishing. Slightly further afield is Andersen Inlet (great fishing, paddling, paddle boarding, boating, and shallow waters for very young children), Venus Bay Surf beaches, and Walkerville South bay beach (with boat ramp). Waratah Bay and Wilsons Promontory less than an hour's drive away. And that's just the water sports.
The Great Southern Rail Trail is just up the road, at Koonwarra or Leongatha, and has a range of rides with varying degrees of challenge.
The Eco Studio itself is completely off grid, built from reclaimed and recycled materials, as part of our commitment to living lightly. There is an outdoor kitchen, and composting toilet, and our home garden (we live on the property too) is often abundant and the fresh organic produce is for sale for our visitors.

You'll be on the doorstep of the most beautiful beaches, fishing, vibrant local towns and Wilson’s Prom. Wake up to birdsong, go to sleep to the sound of the waves, and spot a koala if you’re lucky. With an outdoor flush toilet (rustic!), cold bore water shower, fridge (old but works fine!), power for charging devices, and drinking water, you’ll be very comfortable as you explore the local area. We love it here and we know you will too.
You may be the only campers or there may be others on the far side of the paddock or the orchard next door depending on time of year. You’ll have your own private space but will be close enough to the action to see the comings and goings of our multigenerational family as we potter around the farm, veggie garden and orchard. Say hi! Say g'day to the curious chooks and friendly dogs and enjoy the top-notch "equine views" from your site with three lovely horses in the nearby paddock. (Please don't enter their paddock).

No wild party groups, please! Please respect the peaceful surrounds, our family and neighbours, so please keep the noise down after 10pm.
Sorry, but dogs are generally not allowed as we have dogs, free-ranging chickens, horses and cattle, and they may not mix well!

Tiny Castle is a custom built tiny house that overlooks farmland, bushland and the glorious Stzelecki Ranges including Mount Worth. With a large covered deck connected to the front of the tiny house, you don't have to go anywhere to witness Wedge-tailed Eagles, Black Cockatoos, King Parrots, Rosellas and Kookaburra to name a few. Or wombats scurrying into their warren in the embankment just below the tiny house. Or the wallabies that hang out in the front paddock. If you're a fit walker, you can hike up to the back of the property that borders an old pine plantation now full of regrowth where herds of deer call it home. At the right time of day, you're likely to see all kinds of water fowl in the damns around the property. And if you're lucky, our 3 alpaca will let you photograph them as they stare you down, but no cuddles for these guys -- they're there to keep the foxes away. Night time is magical. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

Camping sites are situated at the back of the property just a quick 5-minute walk from the car park. We'll transport your gear to your campsite so you can get set up quickly and start exploring the property or just kick back and relax. The three campsites are positioned so that you won't hear a sound from any other campers on the property. You will feel like you've got the whole place to yourself. And even though the campsites are isolated you'll still enjoy the convenience of clean regular flushing toilet facilities. We are 1 hour East of Melbourne along the M1, (and a couple of kms off the M1). Situated in West Gippsland. Casa Cucina is a feast for the senses and very close by you can enjoy the alpine majesty of the Baw Baw Plateau, the Bunyip State Forest, the (mostly) lush green valleys, to the rivers and streams… there is always something to do in West Gippsland for the curious. Other attractions in the area are Gumbuya World, Nangara Reserve, Noojee and Neerim South, PLUS of course the wineries.
The Tarago River backs onto our small yet spacious, open yet shaded space. The river is shallow for paddling, not really ‘swimmable’, a lovely spot to cool off on our warm summer days, or a mesmerising place to sit, watch, read, contemplate, draw or write. Some large old Mountain Ash remain along the river bank, with lots of new plantings. It is not uncommon to see an echidna, a variety of stunning birdlife, and on dusk, maybe a wombat family and folks, we also host a family of platypus if you are very quiet - mainly seen at dawn or dusk.
Our river block can hold up to 4 caravans, tents or trailers (under 10 metres) in one group (one booking). In addition, the upper adjoining block can accommodate 2 caravans (enquire for this option). This is a single group occupancy site so you can enjoy the privacy of your own group.
If you wish to hook into our powered site, please add $10 per night, per van. All campers will also have access to our Casa Cucina gorgeous eclectic, quirky community space to sit in out of the weather. Please note: This is not an accommodation space.
As a reminder, all campers will need to be Self Contained as we have no toilet facilities, no access to fresh water, cold showers only and no cooking facilities.
Also remember if you wish to have a fire (not during fire season however) in our fire pit, you MUST bring your own wood.

Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples, mates , friends , camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by.
Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses.
We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches.
This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block.
We offer 2 flat caravan or tent sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power.
There is also a site with a glamping tent set in the garden.
The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.
All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet.
For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.
Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater.
Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here.

The property is the bush refuge corner of a larger grazing property. Whilst sheep and cattle graze on one side of the fence, the wildlife grazing on "our" side includes echidnas, wombats, wallabies, possums, koalas, and is home to more than 30 species of birds identified so far.
Tarwin Lower EcoStudio is not far out of town and the Tarwin River (4 kms), for boating, paddling and fishing. Slightly further afield is Andersen Inlet (great fishing, paddling, paddle boarding, boating, and shallow waters for very young children), Venus Bay Surf beaches, and Walkerville South bay beach (with boat ramp). Waratah Bay and Wilsons Promontory less than an hour's drive away. And that's just the water sports.
The Great Southern Rail Trail is just up the road, at Koonwarra or Leongatha, and has a range of rides with varying degrees of challenge.
The Eco Studio itself is completely off grid, built from reclaimed and recycled materials, as part of our commitment to living lightly. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

We are 1 hour East of Melbourne along the M1, (and a couple of kms off the M1). Situated in West Gippsland. Casa Cucina is a feast for the senses and very close by you can enjoy the alpine majesty of the Baw Baw Plateau, the Bunyip State Forest, the (mostly) lush green valleys, to the rivers and streams… there is always something to do in West Gippsland for the curious. Other attractions in the area are Gumbuya World, Nangara Reserve, Noojee and Neerim South, PLUS of course the wineries.
The Tarago River backs onto our small yet spacious, open yet shaded space. The river is shallow for paddling, not really ‘swimmable’, a lovely spot to cool off on our warm summer days, or a mesmerising place to sit, watch, read, contemplate, draw or write. Some large old Mountain Ash remain along the river bank, with lots of new plantings. It is not uncommon to see an echidna, a variety of stunning birdlife, and on dusk, maybe a wombat family and folks, we also host a family of platypus if you are very quiet - mainly seen at dawn or dusk.
Our river block can hold up to 4 caravans, tents or trailers (under 10 metres) in one group (one booking). In addition, the upper adjoining block can accommodate 2 caravans (enquire for this option). This is a single group occupancy site so you can enjoy the privacy of your own group.
If you wish to hook into our powered site, please add $10 per night, per van. All campers will also have access to our Casa Cucina gorgeous eclectic, quirky community space to sit in out of the weather. Please note: This is not an accommodation space.
As a reminder, all campers will need to be Self Contained as we have no toilet facilities, no access to fresh water, cold showers only and no cooking facilities.

This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block.
We offer 2 flat caravan or tent sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power.
There is also a site with a glamping tent set in the garden.
The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.
All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet.
For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.
Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater.

Salt Wood Glamping at The Farm 191 is 36 acres of forest dense land situated on the top of the hill next to Arthur’s Seat National forest.
Easily explore all of the Mornington Peninsulas coastline, wineries, hot springs and nature walks.
The Vibe and Location : Surrounded by indigenous grass trees and native bushland, private and situated high up on the hill to capture filtered sunrises and sunsets. Easily accessed making it a perfect base to relax and also explore the Mornington Peninsula Region.
10 minute walk to Kings Falls, 10 minutes drive to McCrae beach, Arthur’s Seat and Red Hill and 25 minutes drive to the world famous Peninsula Hot Springs.

Clancy Springs is a wonderful stay. Nice and peaceful in the rolling South Gippy hills, with beautiful views across the countryside. The hosts are simply lovely. Thanks to Sandy for showing us around and taking the kids to see the water dragons! The camp set up is great, with plenty of space, a great camp kitchen and facilities. 15-20mins from Leongatha and Inverloch. It's not the wild (it's a farm stay!), but it's a great farm stay and I highly recommend. Many thanks to our gracious hosts for being helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Beautiful, peaceful, grassy site. Hot and cold water, great outdoor shower! Very friendly doggos! Great spot for relaxing and enjoying bother the sunrise and sunset with only the cows and kookaburras for company?? Serena was super responsive and friendly - everything was very easy. Would definitely recommend a visit. Great central location too. Highly recommend the Waratah Hill winery just down the road and Fish Creek is a great little town with a really good pub.

We had an excellent time at Chris’ place despite the rainy weather! Chris was an awesome host and has done a lot of very cool things with the beautiful property. Good privacy in our spot and a great spot for dogs. Will definitely be back, hopefully for a swim in the pond!

We loved tent camping at Clancy Springs. As beginner campers it was well within our skills and knowledge. It was great to have a toilet, shower and kitchen on hand. The campsite was spacious with a lovely oak tree right on our doorstep & cow’s in the paddock next door.

This location is amazing! On top of a hill you have views of the surrounding farms and hills. Such pretty sunrise and sunsets! The facilities are clean it felt more like glamping than camping. Another plus is that it's only a short drive to the start of Wilsons Prom!

From the moment you pull into the driveway you can see the love and effort that Amanda puts into the property. We were greeted with a very warm welcome, the camping area is spacious with lots of different areas and corners to explore. Close to all the amazing vineyards and we just loved exploring the area. Very highly recommended!! We will definitely be back!

Clean, well situated and easy to find
The staff here were great especially the owner who came out in the rain to show me how to hook the RV up to water and power.
Unlike my “Go Cheap” RV rental which described the quality of my RV rather than the price, this site was reasonably priced and had good amenities
Staff made helpful recommendations for my onward journey
