The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. Bayview Camp is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Jindivick. We are backed onto the Bunyip state forest and have direct access to many trails. At Bayview Camp you get the camping experience but have the creature comforts. Accomodation is school portable which is placed on the top of our property, Bayview Camp is also run as a business called Bayview Camp'n Horse Trails for horse enthusiasts, we have horse riding trails and horses facilities, access behind our stables. Great for hiking enthusiasts, some great trails including Labertouche Caves and Nangara Reserve. Trails can be found on the All Trails App. We have an abundance of Wildlife on our property including kookaburras, Wallabies and wombats just to name a few. Our residents are sheep, cows and horses. Your accomodation is nice and private as our house is down the bottom of our property but only a txt away if you're needing anything or have any questions. The old school portable sleeps 7 people. There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest. We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. Things to Explore near by include: -Nangara Reserve (access from property) -Labertouche Caves (access from the property, walk to get there through the forest) -The Garden at Broughton Hall (5.5km) -Neerim South Brewery (8.5km) -Brandy creek Winery (11km) -Noojee Pub aswell as the Noojee Falls (18km) -Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort (40km) - Alpine Trout Farm - Little sherwood Petting Zoo -The Robinhood Inn (9.0km) On your stay you'll have the place to yourself and won't be bothered by other campers. Dogs are welcome as long as they are on leash and are not to go into the paddocks where our farm animals are. The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting. Hidden among the trees is an outside table entertainment area with a stunning swimming pool. Sea Paradise also offers reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating throughout. Plenty of parking with enough room in the driveway to park a boat and a number of cars. The double lock-up garage has been transformed into another entertainment area complete with a large pool table and table and chairs...Great area for the kids particularly those teenagers who love to have their own little space! But wait there is more.... A sauna is located in the garage to warm yourself up before jumping into to pool. Enjoy the colder months snuggled up in the warmth of the house soaking in the ever-changing moods of the ocean, watching for dolphins and whales. Soak in the spa bath and crawl into a warm bed. The only thing that changes in the colder months is our reduced prices. St Andrews Beach is a lovely quiet suburb with the convenience of having a superb cafe a 10 minute walk down Paradise drive along with a yoga and meditation retreat. Other close must visit places are a 5-minute drive to St Andrew's Brewery, and 10 minutes to Rye Hot Springs. 5 min walk you will also find access to the breathtaking ocean beach.

Weekend Trip to Tiny Castle at Tynecastle Park

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The tiny home is set on stunning landscape, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The views are incredible, and the sunsets were a real highlight. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The tiny home itself is very well equipped, with everything you need. One of the highlights of the property is the walk through the property. It’s absolutely amazing, and I highly encourage everyone to take the time to explore it. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and would happily return.

Brilliant place to stay and it exceeded all of our expectations. The place provides a beautiful sunset over the rolling hills, plus caters for those that want to camp or stay on a bed, with toilets and a shower. I genuinely don't do reviews that often, but this place was terrific.

We had the most relaxing, enjoyable weekend tucked away in the cabin. Very private, warm and with the amenities you need: comfy bed, tidy bathroom, cooking supplies. We enjoyed both cool evenings and rain at night - which was pleasant thanks to the cosy wood burner - plus blue sky days which made for great exploring and spotting wildlife, also close to the inlet and Venus bay. We were welcomed with freshly harvested strawberries from Jo which was a delight!

Susan's property is simply magical. If your chasing a country escape, seeing lots of wildlife, the property's Alpaca or just taking some time out in nature, this is your calling. The tiny house is fully equipped with everything you need, including a large BBQ on the balcony that has sensational views of hills and bush. We will certainly visit again!

A great tiny house accommodation with just what you need packed in. Susan was helpful with messaging things we may need, but we were left to our own space which was nice. 2 double beds up top, some board games, DVDs, a deck and a fire pit outside were great as well as the view and hilly farm walk. A nice little weekend away location not too far from Melbourne.

Weekend Trip to Clancy Springs, South Gippsland

Extremely well setup area. Amazing for families and groups who need mixed forms of camping. I have parents who can’t camp in tents anymore and need something more comfortable and the lodge worked great for that. Everyone is close by and the camp kitchen is great! Plenty of room for rvs too amazing views and super quiet (no road noise or anything). The host was lovely and even lit the fire for us when we arrived!

Great little cabin for a city escape! Very close to Tarwin Lower town and the beautiful beaches and inlets of Venus Bay. Spacious, clean, quiet and well apointed. Didnt feel “off grid” especially with tv, fridge and phone reception. Loved hearing the roar of the ocean in the evenings. Thanks Jo!
