Nestled amongst the mountains just outside of the township of Whittlesea our 40-acre property sits above the clouds. This experience comes with sweeping views, a hidden waterfall, a clear campground, and plenty of wildlife. The camping area is accessible by 4WD only, otherwise, strap on a backpack and earn it! (800m walk/hike from where a non-4WD can park). The waterfall is reached by a single trail track from the campsite, and you do need to be an experienced hiker to get to the waterfall. Which is part of the appeal! We welcome self-contained campers, who bring their own toilet and take all waste with them. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy. Or choose to stay in our beautiful A-frame cabin, with plush bedding, cozy fire, and outdoor lounge. More than anything else this is a place to relax and be away from normal, live outside yourself, and rediscover what weekends are for.  Dogs are welcome, so long as they don't bother the wildlife. Campfires are allowed, BYO firewood or campers can collect fallen timber from the property.

Walking distance to Kinglake historic walk, Cookson Hill Track, Mt Everard Track, Bollygum Park. Visit Mason Falls Waterfall, 12-minute drive to Kinglake West. We have 2 dogs, 2 goats, 5 pet sheep and seasonal lambs, 2 blue tongue lizards The farming area is completely fenced in, this is to keep the deer out, but you can venture out onto the property bush land with the correct map and navigation equipment. Or walk the neighboring farm (105 acres) Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking. Small playground with swings, slide, monkey bars and sandpit. The Kinglake market is on the 4th Sunday of each month 10-2pm - Except January The St. Andrews market is every Saturday, 9am to 1pm just 12 minutes down the mountain. Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks. We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies. Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

I haven’t stayed at little A yet. I’m rescheduling my stay as I couldn’t take my little kids and dog there in the 40degree plus heat especially once I realised we’d have to walk quite a way. A group of us stayed at the Cozy Pozy Caravan and Site 2 of Tamara's farm for 3 nights over the new year. We had a great time and Tamara was a fantastic host! Site 2 has a bit of a slope, but there were enough flat areas to comfortably set up 2 tents, a gazebo, and a campervan (with levelling ramps). The camping area is open, but surrounded by beautiful trees with heaps of birdlife. Also friendly goats and sheep that were super cute! Would recommend staying here, and hope to come back!

Tamara's hospitality and van both were amazing. Unfortunately, we had to cut short our trip as it was too hot when we were there and due to it being holiday season majority of the places were closed. But Kinglake is pretty and the Tamara's place is pretty. Our son had a great time with Goats and Sheep. It is great for couples but maybe a bit challenging with small kids.

Great cozy little spot for us fair weather campers. It was a perfect spot for my two city kids, 3 & 9 yrs old. A simplistic night away. All cooking utilities supplied. Just take your bedding. Easy! The kids loved feeding the goats and lighting the small camp fire. Literally a 2 minute drive to Kinglake servo for some basic supplies.

My partner and I stayed in the “Cozy Pozy Van” - it was clean and pretty much fully equipped. We enjoyed exploring the farm, feeding the goats, and we even picked our own flowers to take home! Tamara, and her son were very friendly and welcoming.

Weekend Trip to Macedon Ranges Glamping

We had a fantastic time here! Jonathan and Jennifer were so lovely and welcoming, and do a mean vegan breakfast! The bell tent had everything we needed including board games, a coffee machine, and a mini fridge. There's also a table and chairs outside of the tent so we relaxed out there with a bottle of wine. We loved seeing the local wildlife that they care for too. Will be back again!

3 nights at Mountain Flower Farm

I had such an amazing getaway at this beautiful farm. The host and her mum were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home and their hospitality was truly exceptional. The van itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely stunning, and spending the evenings by the fireplace under the stars was pure magic. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and nature. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape! 🌿✨

Weekend Trip to R&R Off-Grid Cabin

Fantastic hosts and beautiful property. We had such a great time building fires, cooking and watching out for the abundant wildlife, which included wombats, goats, kangaroos, sheep and a lovely cow who came down to the fence every morning. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Mountain Flower Farm

We had a lovely weekend away at the Cozy Pozy! We stayed two nights but wish we had stayed longer. The van was perfect for two people and there were so many little conveniences in the van to make us feel right at home. The farm and the views were wonderful as well. We saw Rosellas, black cockatoos and gang-gang cockatoos flying over the farm daily, and were greeted by a pair of baby goats running towards us one morning which was beautiful. The farm is close to town so we enjoyed a couple of outings to the local pub for lunch and some games of pool, as well as a trip to St Andrew’s market which was less than 10 mins away. Tamara and family were so welcoming and helpful, thank you! We hope to visit again soon :)

Weekend Trip to Toolangi Heights

We came here for my 40th weekend, and had such a ball. Brendan was really helpful and friendly. I don't think the photos of the natural pool and spa do either of them justice, the outside space is absolutely stunning. We will all very likely be back again!

Weekend Trip to Breakaway Twin Rivers Caravan Park

We stayed at Breakaway Twin Rivers Park last week in the 3 bedroom cabin. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient. we really enjoyed our stay, Reception was so helpful and told us of the towns near by and also brought over our fire pit and wood. Very friendly and caring! The scenery was Amazing and we are sad we couldn’t get a spot for christmas time as it would be amazing. we are re booking in a few months to take our family. can’t wait to be back!! Amazing location

A Beautiful Day Trip to Kinglake

Kinglake is a beautiful place to visit. The council/shire has done a marvellous job of proving wonderful, well-maintained facilities to the public. We especially enjoyed hiking and visiting the falls. The local Bakery and Fish and Chippery were outstanding.

Comfortable camping at it's best. We loved that there was already a fire pit and running water. The electricity is an added bonus. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

King Lake National Park is gorgeous with lots of wildlife. We loved walking to Mason's waterfall and listening to the birds. There are lots of spots to picnic as well.

We visited the waterfall, was a lovely walk down to the platform but not as close to the falls as we had hoped? Wear good gripping shoes… or you’ll land in your bottom like I did haha
