Hi there and welcome to my home, Penzance! I fell in love with this slice of heaven in 2010 and adore every back breaking inch of it. It was an overgrown mess at the time, covered in broken bricks and beer cans. I've tried to keep the bush aspect whilst creating a park-like surround with plenty of grassy space. I have big plans for this land and hope to build a steam museum in another area over the creek. Excitingly, I will also be establishing a blacksmiths forge in that area, which was moved piece by piece from an historic farm at Avoca. Chris is an engineer, antique restorer and artisan working from home. I offer one site so privacy is assured. Larger groups can be accommodated, please enquire if you'd like to learn more. I look forward to welcoming you to PENZANCE. *Please be aware that we require a two night minimum stay, but please contact me about single night stays, especially on week-days.

A small farm located about 8 km north of Beaufort. Flat ground with easy access for a caravan or mobile home to enter and turn around. Surrounded by pine trees and farm animals in nearby paddocks. Local walks and scenery. A picturesque dam and small orchard / vineyard complete the farm. A short 10 min drive to Beaufort gives you access to supermarket, cafes, petrol stations, chemist and hardware store. Also two pubs and several cafes for delicious meals. There is also a dump point and water filling in Beaufort. Waterloo was an old gold mining town and the remnants of an old gold mine and mullock heap are a close walk from the property and interesting to explore. The farm is a place of serenity with beautiful views, bird life and kangaroos and of course a managerie of farm animals.
