We recently stayed at this campsite and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a proper getaway in nature. The bathrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, which made our stay so much more comfortable. We also really appreciated the fridge facilities on site, as it made storing food and drinks convenient and stress-free. The combination of a great setting, thoughtful amenities, and high cleanliness standards makes this campsite a place we’d happily return to and recommend to others.

We had an absolutely awesome time at Andrew’s campsite! The location was spectacular—beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly secluded. It felt like our own private slice of nature. One of the highlights for us was that our dog could roam freely and safely, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
We caught a bunch of fish, soaked in the serene surroundings, and truly unplugged from the hustle and bustle. The only thing worth noting is that the bridge leading to the campsite is a bit dodgey at the moment, but Andrew and his family were there to help us cross safely. They mentioned they’re actively working on repairs, which shows how much they care about the guest experience.
Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a genuine, peaceful camping escape with great hosts!

The whole family said the same thing what an amazing place to camp on the river. Fishing from the time we woke up! Andrew is a legend, great to deal with and so friendly and accommodating. We’re working out when we can book our next trip! 10/10

This was a great little spot to pitch the tent, excellent location for the beach, shop, and toilets. Very glad we were warned about the mosquitoes - definitely bring coils and repellant. Would come back for sure.

We loved Snowy River. Andrew was a lovely host with & very accommodating. We camped right on the river front and our dogs were allowed to be off lead. But what we loved the most was the solitude and the peace. We will definitely be back.

Camping on the Snowy river was fabulous for us over the new year. The campsites were spread out and all had access to the river. We had a tinny which we could use to travel across to the pub at Marlo. The river is tidal and it does get very shallow at low tide which would make it tricky for anything larger than a small tinny or kayak but there is a boat ramp nearby. The bird life was in abundance and we often woke up to the cows and alpacas grazing bear our suite which was fabulous.
Andrew was a fantastic host giving us different site options, advice on trying and cooking the samphire (which really was good with eggs) and checking in over the new year to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!
