We cater for all forms of camping including tents, camper trailers and caravans. The campground is accessible by 2WD and 4WD vehicles and firewood, ice and drinking water is available from our office. We are only a 30 minute drive to many local attractions located around Stanthorpe and Killarney. We are a pet-free campground.

Most afternoons the local Rikali (Australias Otter) can be seen diving for Yabbies. We are an 11 minute drive to the very popular Main range national Park which has some beautiful hiking trails and is the perfect place for a picnic. We have a great country pub close by as well which is a short walk down a country lane. Pets are welcome but please ensure they are under your control and that you clean up after them. Hilltop was so good I had to make a return trip and it lived up to my remembered expectations, the views are absolutely beautiful and the privacy is unparalleled. Kev and Shelley are wonderful hosts and super easy to communicate with. No doubt I’ll be back for a 3rd getaway

Weekend Trip to Kimblehurst

We really enjoyed our weekend at Kimblehurst. Originally we had booked the Blackberry site however because of a loose hanging gumtree branch we stayed at the Pumphouse site instead. Can highly recommend it. There is plenty of room for large groups and easy access to the creek which would be amazing for a swim when running. Shelley was very welcoming and communication was timely. Directions were also clear. If you’re looking for wildlife and a relaxing place in the bush then this is the place to go.

Very grateful to have spent a few nights under the stars on Kev and Shelley's gorgeous hilltop site. The shelter was a lovely bonus and great for shade and a bit of a wind break. We had trouble getting ourselves away from work and arrived a couple of days later than our booking, but Kev and Shelley were gracious and lovely about us having to message them a few times and even helped us add an extra day to our booking. Kev also left us a little firewood for our first night and met us on arrival to guide us to the site and check we were ok. Super lovely hosts and beautiful private site. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time camping in this rural setting despite Warwick suffering and extreme dry spell. Close to town for shopping and a short drive to other country towns for day trips. Norm was a legend and came to the rescue when we had a vehicle breakdown.

Weekend Trip to Warrego Farm

The camp site was nice, the farmer is a very polite bloke. Very happy to help and show us around. There is alot of long grass along the river bank, which should be mowed as there was a 6ft brown snake coming through our camp. Happened twice in 2 days. Also fishing is good if you want too catch carp or catfish. And hard to get the fish out of the water because you cant get down to waters edge and theres tree roots and hard sticks that snag your line on the edge. All in all. Nice camp site but big brown snakes and horrible fishing didnt make the trip very nice.

The pump house is a great spot for a group camp…spacious and quiet and clean. With a bit of rain the creek would be beautiful too.

Lovely campsite. The river was very low due to dry season but the views are still nice. Facilities are clean and in good order. Note you need $1 per shower usage in coins an we had to wait for reception to open to get coins.

Weekend Trip to Gleneden Farm - Heritage Produce

We loved camping at Maggie’s flat. It was a shame they hadn’t had much rain and the creek wasn’t running. I know they were disappointed too. We managed to have a swim further up though. The horses were very friendly, coming right up to us at camp. No troubles though with our two dogs.

We enjoyed our stay . Our Campsite was a good size. And alot of the campsite had good distance from other campsites keep it in some cases private. The staff were very friendly and helpfull . And close enuff to Warwick if need anything and a good stageing erea for Touristy site seeing stuff. Thank you for letting us stay at your farm

We camped at river camp and it was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing! These sites are right along the river, so perfect for fishing, swimming or kayaking! The sites are well spread out and very accommodating for different setups and group numbers. The property is very well maintained and the toilet/shower facilities are very clean. Bruce is an excellent and informative host, and always happy to have a chat! We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at Gleneden. Our kids loved being amongst the activity of a working farm. Rohan was an excellent host and the organic fresh eggs and other meat products available for purchase were a bonus. The star however was Wilbur the very friendly farm dog.
