Nestled amidst varying degrees of undulation, our property offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. At our retreat, flexibility is key. We understand the importance of a stress-free getaway, so don't hesitate to request customized check-in and check-out times to suit your needs. Embark on an adventure along our 57 well maintained tracks, perfect for hiking, nature walks, mountain biking and ebike riding. We are currently working on widening some tracks so you can explore by car. Spanning a total of approximately 23 kilometers, these tracks offer a diverse range of landscapes to explore, from serene woodlands to picturesque vistas. We have 6 single lane downhill/cross country tracks and a brand new Mini BMX track for the little ones, situated across from Dam 1&2 campsites so the adults can supervise their little ones. We have added some fun obstacles and turns for their enjoyment, on the 270 mtr track. Don't forget your bikes. Take a leisurely stroll through our natural rock garden track. Our prices cater to families, with accommodation for two adults and complimentary stays for children. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our property, shared harmoniously with 2 horses, native wildlife, and birds. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere by our dams, ideal for camping, swimming, or simply enjoy relaxing in nature. Gather on our floating pontoon for sun baking, drinking or stargazing or you can try to catch a yellowbelly or yabby. As night falls, gather around a campfire (of a sensible nature), with ample firewood available for collection on the property. Accessing our property is an adventure in itself, via a scenic 4-kilometer dirt road to the gate. Ascend to new heights at our lookout areas, offering lovely views at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level. Whether you're at Lookout or Picnic, the serenity and splendor of nature will captivate your senses. We now have 3 new Bush Camp sites which are separated from the Dam sites at $20 per family. We have also added a new pit toilet to service them. Come and experience the wonder.

Dam site one Is set beside our first dam. There are level and gently sloping sites available to tents, caravans and camp trailers. The dam was stocked with yellow belly fingerlings some 18 months ago , and does have yabbies in it. The dam has a bush setting with plenty of space to enjoy. Shady camp now has a newly developed creek frontage with water to your doorstep. The site has some level and gently sloping sites, both in the open or under the cover of some Iron Bark, Box and Gum trees. We have installed a causeway to cross the creek, that may make it difficult for non off road vans to cross, therefore making Shady Camp an ideal place to camp. There is a nice pit toilet not to far away and drinking water can be obtained.

Bush Camp 1.

This is a bush site slightly away from from the Dam area. Nestled in the trees, this site is more secluded than the Dam sites. It is a short walk to the Dam where one of the toilets are, or there is now a new toilet even closer to this site. $20 per night per family.

$25 PER FAMILY . Bush camping about 150 metres from the dam sites. Nice large flat area tucked into the edge of the bush. Within walking distance of the dam facilities and the new second toilet. A secluded site at the top corner of the property. Great spot over looking some of the hills of the area. This is a totally self sufficient site, that is a little more difficult to get to. Open to four wheel drive with camper trailers or campers. There are no facilities there. Nice breezes come through the site. Great for hotter days. There is a fire pit plus some trees and open space.

A secluded camp site nestled amongst the Iron Bark trees. The site is picturesque and a bit more difficult to get to. It sits at about 560 metres above sea level while the other sites are at 520. Bush Camp 1.
5⭐️ Staying at Booie-Dell was one of the best experiences we have had camping and honestly can’t fault it. Scott and Jenny are absolutely amazing hosts and have a real passion for sharing their little slice of heaven with everyone they can. They shared with us that they have personally made all of the 4WD and mountain bike tracks which were a blast to explore and were made with such care. We will be 1000% staying here again and we hope everyone puts this spot at the top of their lists!

We loved our long weekend at Booie-Dell! The kids played in the dam all weekend, and we all enjoyed the fresh air and plenty of space. Plenty of tracks for walking/driving/riding if you’re not a sit and chill person. We will be back

Our trip to Booie-Dell was everything we expected and more. Great hosts and the thought that has gone into the camp and tracks is amazing. Over three days walking and riding, I still don’t think me or the kids saw all the tracks. Kept everyone occupied. Everyone had a fun. We will be back.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at booie-dell and loved every minute. It was so peaceful, lots of nature, large sites to choose from and lovely owners. Got taken on a tour of the property by the lovely Jenny, visits from their horses and wally the dog.

We stayed in Camp two beside the Dam and absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere. Scott was such an amazing host and goes above and beyond on his land. We are off grid campers however it was so awesome to have a little extra firewood beside our pit, extra water if needed and even a toilet is accessible. Booie-Dell has a number of walking/bike tracks to explore. One of our favourite places was the lookout. Don’t forget to pack some carrots to feed the two horses that come down in the mornings. Once again we loved this place! Great value for money and we did tell Scott he was underpriced. We will definitely be back again 🙏 thanks again Scott for

I loved staying on Scott's property. Hes so passionate in sharing what he has. He has created so many walking trails, campsites and dams to enjoy. We can't wait to go back, originally booked as a one nighter but would choose to relax here again!

From the kids bmx track, to the walking trails and open spaces. This is a great spot for adults and kids and we will definitely be back with more friends and family. Scott and his wife are wonderful hosts and communicated really well.

Great location close to town. Really well planned and maintained camp site. The sites themselves are spaced apart with plenty of room to set up. Great property for kids and adults alike. Easy directions to follow and an excellent map of the property for you to explore. Highly recommended!

UTE Camp
Spent 3 nights at Booie-Dell last weekend and it was fantastic! The dogs loved swimming in the dam. Lots of trails to go bush walking. Had two amazing sunsets up at the lookout. Even spotted a koala out on one of our walks. Jen was very accomodating and even had some firewood collected for us upon arrival to our campsite. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great time at Booie-Dell. Clear communication from the hosts and easy directions. And best of all, the photos matched the actual property. My boys had an awesome time on the trails exploring and seeing wallaby’s. We stayed at dam 1 with the structure which made it easier that we didn’t have so much to set up. The kids loved hanging out on the pontoon. Will be staying longer next time.

Such a beautiful campsite and property! Had two dogs with us and they absolutely loved exploring all the tracks. Multiple lookout points with beautiful views. The host is lovely, greeted us on arrival and showed us to our site. Made sure we had ample firewood, however there was plenty around the site. We did some wildlife searching and saw a koala hanging in a gum tree! We will definitely be back with more friends and are hoping find an echinda next time! Highly reccoment this camp, can’t wait to return!

We were lucky enough to have this beautiful spot all to ourselves for the weekend! It is picturesque, quiet, plenty of exploring to do whether on foot or by car. Scott and Jenny (and little Wally!) were absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Hosts are beautiful and friendly showing you where everything is. They've put in so much effort around the property. We had a blast riding around exploring all the tracks they've spent so much time clearing and sign posting. Lots of wildlife. Kids enjoyed all the open space, the bmx track. Hanging out at the dam fishing. So much wood available. Highly recommend a night walk to picnic Hill to see all the stars and night time wildlife. Cant wait to come back.

Great spot! Was nice and open, decent distance away from other campers, the property was big, nice to walk/ride/drive around, there was a big fire and lots of firewood, and the undercover area was great. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a great time over the Easter weekend at the bush campsite. The site is a bit further away from the Dam sites but nice and secluded. We’ve enjoyed most of the walking trails Scott and Jenny created over the years. Enjoyed the sunsets at the outlook and spotted a couple of kangaroos…and as a bonus feeding the potoroos at night time! We will be back!

North Bank
We had such a wonderful Easter long weekend! Everything we wanted and more. We stayed at “North Bank”, a new site that they just opened up. We felt spoilt to have so much space to ourselves. Scott and Jenny were fantastic hosts (along with their little dog Wally). They went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. They invited us along to watch the little Potaroos one evening and even let us try out their e-mountain bikes to explore the tracks. The tracks are so well designed and maintained, be sure to bring your bikes and/or walking shoes! Would highly recommend this dog friendly stay!

What a cracking serene little spot, it is just a hop, skip and a jump from Warwick, but you would believe you were hundreds of kilometres away. With the many well maintained walking tracks that scatter the property and a driving track that runs basically around the boundary fence, you would hard pressed to lose your bearings. The camp grounds are as well maintained as the walking tracks, it has very easy access and would suit every level of camper, from the very basic swag setup to the extravagant glampers, you will find the perfect spot for yourself. We will be back, many thanks to Scott, Jennie and Wally

10/10, host was so lovely and welcoming, Jenny is a legend. Plenty of hiking tracks and even a lil driving one. Campsite is lovely and quiet with the occasional animal sighting. Was a great experience, would definitely recommend and will be going again :)

It was an absolute pleasure to camp on this amazing property the hospitality from Scott and his family was unreal. Getting into camp we were greeted by Scott who gave us a run down and showed us to camp. At camp there was already cut firewood and a fire place which made setting up camp very relaxing as we were cooking over the fire that night. This property has an amazing amount of walking tracks easily navigated and with great views. Would highly recommend and we'll be back.

We had a great time at Booie-Dell. There was lots to do and see with some great walks and curious animals. Scott and his wife were fantastic hosts! The pergola was a great feature to the dam site. Would definitely recommend!

Completely private, stunning views and excellent owners. Scott was most helpful with any questions and even gave me a little tour of the massive 160 acre plot with hiking, mountain biking trails and fishing areas. Loved the dining shelter by the dam and friendly wildlife! 10/10
