Welcome to Aloomba Lavender Farm. We offer bush camping with powered and unpowered sites. This means you will not be placed very close to other vans unless you are friends and choose to be together. In many cases you will be able to choose where you wish to park. Not all sites are level, but you are able to site your camp/ van as you wish. There are no cement pads. There is access to toilets and hot showers. You may have to walk some distance to the amenities but the solitude, the quiet, safety and stars make all worthwhile. There is a dedicated firepit and firewood is supplied. We can supply no water other than sufficient to cook dinner. You are welcome to use some of the vegetables and herbs but not to strip the vegetable garden! If in doubt - ask. We have great coffee and Devonshire teas but we are not a cafe. However there is a great little lavender shop where you can buy our own lavender essential oil, or a cake of soap or a Baggallini Handbag. We are dog friendly! We welcome well behaved dogs. We are 20 km from Stanthorpe. You may see wildlife or cattle through the fence and an occasional vehicle going down the road. We have a sealed road all the way to our boundary and then drive through the lavender. If you visit in late November through to early December you will enjoy our lavender flowering, but the plants look very pretty all year around in neat rows. We are a commercial farm so there is the need to work to the rhythm of the lavender.

Space, scenic views, a series of mountain bike tracks to test your skills, abundant wildlife, peace and quiet. Mountain biking only? Book a campsite for the day. These best describe this 754 hectare (1864 acres) property. Stonepine Ridge is 'remote' - your camp sites are away from any dwellings - but you are still close enough to country towns across borders. There is plenty of space for social distancing. Most camp sites are 50 or more metres apart. The terrain is mostly treed with some cleared, pastured country. On the border with the Queensland town of Stanthorpe, Stonepine Ridge is close to the historic areas of Willsons Downfall and Amosfield in New South Wales. Home to many rivers that traverse the property from top to bottom, the Boonoo Boonoo and Bookookookarara rivers and Undercliffe and Boonoo Boono Falls are close by and are popular sites to spend a few hours walking/hiking and immersing yourself in the ambient countryside. The Boonoo Boonoo and Bald rock National Parks are also within this area. The beautiful New England town of Tenterfield is about 20 minutes drive from the falls and offers visitors many shopping and restaurant options. Be sure to stop en route to visit the World War 2 tank traps - (Australia's Maginot Line) and Thunderbolt's hideout. A short drive across the border into Queensland will give you access to the Girraween National Park and a host of wineries, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. This camping property is large and you will find no better place that allows for gentle as well as more advanced walking, hiking and mountain biking. The altitude on the property varies from 900m at the top down to 50m to the bottom. The temperature is variable with mostly cool nights, which makes for restful sleep and a nice fire to add to the ambience.

We’re delighted to share this unique space with you and encourage responsible pet ownership, a commitment to safety, and respect for all guests. Take a moment to breathe deeply, explore, and create lasting memories in this peaceful corner of the world. A Haven for Motorbike Enthusiasts.

Welcome to Undercliff Farm: A Place of Peace, Simplicity, and Connection.... At Undercliff Farm, we invite you to embrace the quiet beauty of a truly special place. This is not a park or a luxury retreat; instead, it’s a private campground where nature's tranquillity reigns, offering an opportunity to step away from the fast pace of modern life and reconnect with the land. Here, we value simplicity over luxury, connection over convenience, and the soothing embrace of nature over material comforts. So if you love your comforts, please make sure you book each caravan. As you arrive at the farm, you’re not just stepping onto land — you’re entering a sanctuary. The sweeping landscapes, teaming with diverse wildlife and serene campgrounds, offer a peaceful haven where every moment spent here becomes a journey toward renewal. From the song of the birds to the quiet whispers of the wind, this is a space where you can truly unwind and reset. Respecting this place is at the heart of our philosophy. Whether you're hiking, camping, or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of nature, we ask that you do so with care, preserving the harmony of this environment for future generations. Please also be mindful of our biosecurity measures, including the restriction of outside wood to protect our ecosystem from invasive species. By working together, we can ensure the continued health of Undercliff Farm's precious wildlife and natural beauty. We’re delighted to share this unique space with you and encourage responsible pet ownership, a commitment to safety, and respect for all guests. Take a moment to breathe deeply, explore, and create lasting memories in this peaceful corner of the world. A Haven for Motorbike Enthusiasts. Trackside at Undercliff Farm is designed with motorbike riders in mind, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy the thrill of riding on our expansive 325-acre property.
