Be prepared to apply your 4WD skills. Kobble Creek West is accessible from several locations on our property boundary. Ideal for creek exploring and rock hopping. There’s even a small lagoon now awaiting. Check out the short hiking trails on our property (there are hike options suitable to your preferred difficulty). Bring your machete for an even greater hiking experience! You can relax by or in the spring fed dam, explore seasonal Kobble Creek, feed the chickens or goats, spot the abundant bird life, or sit patiently and a deer or fox may appear at dusk. Enjoy the evenings sitting around the campfire as you gaze at the stars. All sites have sufficient spacing from other sites to ensure acceptable privacy. We are close to the CBD so the site is a great option for a 'shake down' for your new caravan or camper trailer. Weekend Trip to Tranquil Bush Retreat - Sheldon

Perfect for me ! close to work.. beatiful Dam/lake. Lots of fire wood , Friendly host (sorry tish i left a big log i firepit , haill storm put out my fire fast) Entrance or should i say exit was a challenge in a slwb van but i made it up 3 times. (6 goes) . lots of privacy and plenty of room I took a walk up to see other sites and they were just as good and secluded just no lake. Will definetly book again but this place is very populular and availability is limited plan months ahead and you won't be dissapointed . (even if a hails storm comes lol)

Lovely spot close to home. Wide open sites for options of multiple vans. Grounds are clear of debris for casual activities. Very enjoyable Hipcamp overall with the Lakeview at your doorstep.

Such a serene and extremely private location, so close to Brisbane. Waking up to stunning lake views was the absolute best!! Well kept gardens and surroundings. The games area with pool table was a surprise. Lakeview was a great little find. So grateful to have found it. We’ll definitely be back to stay and for longer. 3 days definitely wasn’t enough 😊

Weekend Trip to Rangetop Farm

Such a beautiful location with fantastic views! The horses just added that extra farm stay touch and made you feel like such a part of nature. We were unlucky enough to get caught in some big storms but the property was so well maintained it didnt affect us at all and no issues getting the caravan in and out. It was very windy though so don't make the same mistake we did by putting the awning out if the weather isn't 100%! Overall very private and relaxing location and only 10 minutes out from Dayborough. Will definitely be back.

Our campsite was perched on the top of the range with incredible views to the north & south. It was private and peaceful, the only sounds were from birdsong & the rustle of nature. We had a lovely swim in the dam which was clean & refreshing. We had a fantastic stay & look forward to returning. Thanks Viola!

What a beautiful part of the world. Thank you Clair and Andrew for openjng it up for us. Clair and Andrew are amazing hosts. There is nothing to worry about, they have thought of everything. Access is easy, the camping spot beautiful. Truely nature lovers, the farm is great to wander through and the opportunity to enjoy a secluded part of Cedar Creek is very special. We took our doggos and they had the time of their lives. Do yourself a favour and let Clair prepare a fresh vegetable box with eggs. All from the farm. Sigh, it was hard to leave. But luckily it so close to Brisbane well just have to come back.

3 nights at OZ SKY RANCH

Unbelievable ...again! Due to some rain, I was moved to the lake front. Was never down there but it is crazy awesome. I got great photos at night with the lake and the fire. If you want a great camping time, go to Oz Sky Ranch. I have already picked my site for the next trip. Will not tell which one so you don't grab it up!!!!
