In the area, you may want to check out the township of Marburg (local pub, shops and coffee), Sundowner Hotel, Savages Crossing, or the RAAF Amberley Heritage Museum (plan ahead). We are located 50km from Brisbane CBD, 1km from the Warrego Hwy, Sundowner Saloon and the country township of Marburg. We have a several cattle and horses, and regularly kangaroo, hare, and eagles frequent the farm. All overseen and kept in order by the ever present "Ziggy" and "Harvey" our lovely English Pointers. Enjoy lovely views and relaxed peaceful settings. The farm is off grid but all the normal services are available. We also have a little vegie garden that always needs a water, and the animals love their carrots and grain. Close to Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, Fernvale, Upper Brisbane River and Wivenhoe districts. In the area, you may want to check out the township of Marburg (local pub, shops and coffee), Sundowner Hotel, Savages Crossing, or the RAAF Amberley Heritage Museum (plan ahead). Friendly pets welcome as long as they are kept under control and are not a danger to the livestock. Field of Dreams takes no responsibility for the safety of visiting animals. Please note: Owner lives on-site next to the camp site. Shared site and facilities including shared firepit with up to 4 other groups of campers. Usually 5 -15 people maximum onsite but sometimes more on peak weekends.

We really enjoyed our 4 night caravan stay at Tyalgum Campground. Our site had both power and water but non-powered sites are available. The grounds were very well maintained as was the amenities block (which is brand new). We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the cattle in the paddock behind our van. Access to Tyalgum Hotel, Flutterbies and the General Store are just an easy stroll away. We highly recommend this Hipcamp. Neal & Glenda

Thank you so much for upgrading us to the stunning “Penthouse” spot — we truly enjoyed our stay and had an amazing camping experience. We took the caravan for a weekend trip away and we were absolutely thrilled with the Showgrounds and the Tyalgum village. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Beautiful outlook surrounding the park. We had a great time at the local hotel, great place to check out for dinner and a couple of drinks. Tyalgum Is a lovely town definitely worth a visit

Unbelievable ...again! Due to some rain, I was moved to the lake front. Was never down there but it is crazy awesome. I got great photos at night with the lake and the fire. If you want a great camping time, go to Oz Sky Ranch. I have already picked my site for the next trip. Will not tell which one so you don't grab it up!!!!

What a gem of a Hipcamp. This is a must place to stay, offering both powered and unpowered sites. Brianna was amazing explaining walks, swimming areas & general information on the village within 5 minute drive. The shower & toilet block were immaculate. The surrounding hills with view of Mt Warning were beautiful, if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the perfect spot. Thank you for a beautiful stay, will definitely be back.
