Sites are located by the stream and are well-shaded in the afternoon and morning, but with enough sunny space to charge solar panels. Adjacent to the campsites are horse and cattle paddocks, where you'll see our animals grazing. All campers need to be self-contained with their own camp toilet. There is however water available. Well-behaved pets are welcome too!

Daintree Village is a short stroll up Dagmar Street before reaching public toilets, mail box (pick up mail from Daintree Village Hotel), Croc Xpresso Cafe (breakfast & lunch), Daintree Village Hotel (lunch & dinner), Daintree Originals (souvenirs, arts, crafts, t-shirts and tropical clothing). The CREB Track is nearby running through the heart of the Daintree Rainforest to Roaring Meg Falls and on to Wujal Wujal. Only 4x4 vehicles without trailers on this adventurous track. Also there is the Bloomfield Track running from Wujal Wujal to Cape Tribulation. A large open marquee area is provided shelter and shade between all sites. Table and chairs are provided. We welcome your pets but they will have to be on leash. Campfires are now allowed onsite in the fire pit.

Camping on a private cattle farm 7km north of Mossman at Miallo, between Daintree and Port Douglas. The property is located at the end of a road with no through traffic, its a quiet spot amongst exotic fruit trees and large lawns. A birdwatchers paradise! Plenty of flat grass areas to setup camp. A crystal clear creek runs through the property and there are stunning mountain views with waterfalls. Enjoy a campfire or sit back and enjoy the native wildlife and cattle grazing in the paddock. Firewood is available to purchase on request. There is a toilet and a shower on-site (only one shower though for all campers so get in quick), campers must be self contained and leave no trace. We are 10 min north of the famous Mossman gorge and Port Douglas is just 25 minutes South East, "where the rainforest meets the reef". There is a variety of restaurants and bars, not to mention fantastic boutique shopping. Just a short drive away you can explore the World Heritage-Listed Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation with an abundance of tours and day trips available. All sites accommodate 1 (one) vehicle and 1 (one) RV, motor home, caravan, campervan, camper trailer or tent per site.
