We stayed at site #2 and it was fantastic! So quiet and private. Creek had some water in, from ankle to knee deep, great for a quick rinse! Long drop toilet with a view is great! Camp site is huge, so easy to manoevre trailer/caravan around. Plenty firewood was provided, and hosts Debra and hubby came around for a coffee and brought some lovely fruit as well.
Highly recommend this spot! We will be back soon!

Very peaceful spot in the bush, lovely friendly hosts, unexpected but very welcome bush toilet, Lots of beautiful birdsong and pretty creek. Perfect place to unwind. We will be back for sure. ☺️

We stayed in our pop top campervan on site 2. It was the perfect site, and highly recommend. There was a nice, clean drop toilet with a lovely scenic view. There was also a few easy walking paths to a creek.
The site was very private and spacious.
Deb was the perfect host. She was friendly and helpful. She even left us some fire wood and gave us some organic fruit as a treat.
100% recommend. We will be back again for sure.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property, nice and clean and private, we loved the Loo with the view 🤣🤣 The water is so clear, and Neil and Deb are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back

Had a super relaxing 2 night camp with some friends. The sites are a great size with lots of shade and are very private. So private that we didn’t realise our mates had set up in Site 1 while we were at Site 2. We ended up decamping to site 1 which was perfect. Thank you Debra for being such an accommodating host. The extra firewood was really appreciated, as was the gift of soap. Lovely people, lovely site.

It had everything we want from a camping spot. Water, fire pit, space and privacy. Creek was lovely and cool and flowing. Days were warm and nights were cool. Owners were friendly and knowledgeable for fishing spots close by. The loo with a view was a cool experience for the kids.

My family & I recently camped at site 2 for a weekend trip & it was lovely. The creek was perfect for our young kids, mostly ankle deep water with 2 small sections just deep enough to lay down & submerge yourself. The campsite itself was large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles, open grassy area with a few trees. It felt very secluded & private which is exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived there was a large pile of firewood waiting for us along with a shovel & bucket of toilet paper. The hosts Debra & Neil very welcoming, they kindly gifted us a box of various fruit from their farm along with 2 blocks of handmade soap. I am yet to eat the rest of the fruit but the avocado was delicious thank you 🥑😋 Debra also invited us to bring our kids up to the farm to meet their goats, which we didn't get around to doing this trip but definitely will next time we come to stay. We will be coming back for sure 😊

Absolutely loved camping at site 1. It was a gorgeous place which was very private. Absolutely lovely couple that own it, they are very welcoming and genuinely so sweet. Will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family and will be going here again many times.

Loved the open area and little private creek area. Deb is an awesome host. We were able to relax by the campfire and enjoy our weekend away. We will be back.

The hosts were fantastic, they went above and beyond. They gave us a tour of their farm and showed our young child where his food came from. We were invited to the goat feeding which our little one loved and did not want to leave.
Site 1 has a nice shallow (october) 30m away, plently room we got our 22.5ft and f250 into the site no drama. There is a bush dunny setup within the site and a nice big fire pit with plenty firewood, you could not ask for more, one of our best stays!

This was a little slice of Eden. A large grassy paddock surrounded by bushland, secluded and so very pretty. And with a creek bubbling away in the background. We loved our stay and appreciated the toilet, firewood and fireplace.

loved the area, creek was very nice , freezing cold ! not deep enough for a swim but a soak in the warmer months would be fine
heaps of fire wood kept us warm
will definitely be back but longer next time as we only stayed overnight

We loved the serenity of the place. Debra’s place was wonderful with lots of space for just the two of us, a fire pit with wood nearby, and lots of trees for morning birding.
Debra was also helpful in early convos about potential hiking areas we might be interested in visiting.
A few things to note if you stay here:
Get there before dark. Unfortunately, we took too long to get there and you’ll find it a bit difficult to find a driveway to the farm in the dark. Google maps doesn’t work well out there.
Bring water with you. We couldn’t find the potable water tap at our campsite or at campsite one so be prepared.
Also couldn’t find the pit toilet but luckily, we didn’t need that for our overnight stay.
Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

What an amazing place to camp!! Relaxing, spacious and private! Lots to explore and even helped feed the goats. Wonderful hosts. Loved the toilet with a view and will definitely recommend everyone stays there. Lots of wildlife. Excellent directions. Peaceful and tranquil.

Camping at Leichardt Organic Farm was really wonderful! The hosts were incredibly hospitable. Communication couldn't had been better. The spot was very flat, shady and secluded/private. Reasonably close to the creek. The property was so peaceful. We loved walking the paths and exploring. The kids had a ball running around and playing in the creek. Wonderful trip! Thank you Debbie!

Debra is such a lovely host who was very welcoming with showing us around her property.
This camp is lovely as you are very private from the other camp and you have the whole place to yourself or whom ever you choose to take along with you.
The creek is very welcoming to cool down in during the warmth of the day.
You have a fire pit to use during your stay and that helps keep the chills away at night.
The big bonus for us to stay here was the drop toilet to use as it meant no cleaning of the chemical dunny when we got home.
Just a couple of hours from Cairns we shall return for another get away soon.

Had an awesome time camping in the wilderness at this beautiful property. Located in a clearing with a fire pit and toilet and a fresh running creek this is the place to be to escape the rat race and reconnect with nature.
