1 night at Three Falls Holiday Millaa Millaa

We loved stayed at Nisha’s property, she was very welcoming and accommodating. She ensured we were comfortable and warm, provided fire wood. The facilities were clean, she even gave us some fresh oranges, which was a lovely gesture. Beautiful views, and garden, we would stay again!

Weekend Trip to Baroomby Bush Camp

We really enjoyed our 2 nights camping in a ground tent. It’s a large flat site with some shade, a shelter which we put our tent under, a fire pit and plenty of firewood around, water available (needs to be filtered to drink), quiet, private and beautiful sunsets. Erica is a lovely host and we highly recommend this site.

Perfect, quiet location along the river. Plenty of room for kids to play and good little fishing spot within walking distance. Well situated to visit local tourist spots and Cairns. Highly recommend

4 nights at Malanda Stream Private Camping.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying at Malanda Stream Hipcamp, and it's just perfect every time we visit. Beautiful weather, total peace and privacy, and the grounds were immaculate as usual. We spotted a few cheeky bandicoots at night, and the Ulysses Butterflies were out and about each day. Kids loved the wide open space to play pickle ball and bocce. The shady trees, and the sound of the flowing creek, provided a stunning backdrop for a picturesque birthday brunch, complete with a yummy (albeit slightly overcooked) camp oven damper. The stocked firewood, and water hook up to top up the tank for showers, is a real luxury at this camp. If you haven't been here yet, you are absolutely missing out...so get booking! Thanks Heidi & Mike for being such gracious hosts-and for the delicious mandarins and passionfruit. See you again soon!

Weekend Trip to Three Falls Holiday Millaa Millaa

Nisha has a very special little piece of paradise. She is a very warm and friendly host and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. We loved having the camping area to ourselves with its own entry so you're not disturbing anyone as you come and go. The toilet and shower are clean and functional and close to the camping area. It really felt like being on a little trip away from home when you open the shower door and step out into the beautiful gardens on the property. The property is close to attractions, we enjoyed a walk to Nandroya Falls and visited Mungalli tea house. In the evenings we enjoyed a camp fire. But, the highlight for us has to be meeting Nisha's chickens and ducks! Our 10month old baby loved watching the birds scratch around and have their food. Nisha kindly gave us mandarins, passionfruit, eggs and pumkin grown from her garden. Staying at Nisha's property was an easy, comfortable and delightful mini getaway for our family of three from Cairns. We'll definitely stay again! Thanks Nisha!

Camped in a tent with my little dog and had no issues at all. Was a little bit worried about snakes but just made sure we didnt head into or near any long grass. Creek is lovely to listen to at night. Will definitely be back and hope to see a platypus next time!

Spacious campsites are beside or near a massive dam that attracts a great variety of bird life and the amazing sunsets are different each day. 🌅 Three spacious spots are available a few short meters from the edge of a large dam (sites can be seen from the farm road) with another completely secluded site amongst the bushland. Do some hiking or 4 wheel driving around the hundred acres with our 4 wheel driving tracks. Meet the Farm Animals where campers can chat with the menagerie of animals we have on the farm such as Clydesdale horses, camels, sheep, cows, chickens, buffalo, peafowl, ducks and friendly geese. Hold newly hatched poultry, friendly chickens and maybe even lambs. Bookings are essential come by the farmhouse and meet at the gazebo. We are 10mins from Dimbulah or 20mins to Mareeba with their many attractions. We can tell you all about the many attractions and activities this area has to offer. Please Note: Cattle Creek and Waterfront Campsites are accessible by 2WD. The other campsites are 4WD access only and with off road campers/caravans only (high clearance to get through a dry creek crossing). GLOWS Garden Centre Camp is set in a large field backing onto world heritage rainforest to the East/South and adjoining Garden Centre and Raw Materials Yard to the north. We have only opened 4 lovely grassy sites. Our Hipcamp opened September 2024 and only 200m away is a cafe at our Garden Centre for a great coffee 6 days a week! You will need to be self-sufficient however we do have a cold water shower and toilets available between 7am and 5pm in the adjoining Garden Centre. We are located on Tully Mission Beach Road with the bike path between Wongaling Beach and Mission Beach running right past the front gates, so a quick ride into town and plenty of space to bring your boat! We your hosts, (Nancy and Shane) operate the adjoining Garden Centre and Raw Materials yard so there is always something happening and with vast local knowledge of what to do and where to go, we are only happy to help. Opened in September 2024 we have planted a tropical fruit forest plantation as well as citrus orchard and with our 50 beautiful free-range chooks (pets) you will have them wandering around freely, clucking away happily.

Tropical Woopen Creek Camping

You will have access to our beautiful peaceful surroundings, with adequate shelter under some lovely big trees park your camper or pitch a swag. We also have a nice running creek that you can take a cooling down soak in or just enjoy watching our many wild life that are present throughout the creek, fish , eels and turtles. It's truly a very private and relaxing spot to chill out and enjoy camping for a few days or whatever suits your needs while passing the area. Plenty of fantastic swimming holes nearby including Josephine falls and Babinda boulders very popular spots for tourist and the locals. Site 1 right down on the creek large grass flat space big enough for two families to set up camp. The creek runs around the outside so there are a number of viewing points to see the wildlife mentioned above. A set of solar lights hang over the firepit area allowing for more light while cooking on our wonderful swinging hotplate BBQ. Site 2 Our newer spot work in progress not so ideal for camper trailers. your situated under our tree line away from the main creek but still with your own small dirt track down to the creek. A smaller paver firepit, plenty fine for sitting around an open fire while watching the stars at night. So please check by internal message before confirming your booking that way we can confirm a spot while discussing your needs to ensure you have a clear view of your camping area.
