Lovely spot on top of a ridge so was a constant cool breeze when we were there. Private space all to ourselves with the only noise being birds and sometimes highway traffic. Highly recommend.

Wonderful secluded campsite

We had a fantastic stay at Erica’s camping place. It’s wonderfully secluded, well away from the road, with no nearby properties, so you really feel like you have the whole place to yourself.
The campsite has a sink and water tank, plus a sheltered area with a table and bench, which makes camping very convenient. There’s even a tub available if you fancy a relaxing soak — although I wasn’t quite sure how to get hot water for it!
The site is spacious and open, and at night you can enjoy an incredible view of the stars. It’s peaceful, private, and excellent value for money.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet and secluded camping experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Baroomby Bush Camp! Erica was an amazing host-friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The campground was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend around the campfire. The peaceful bush setting was beautiful, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring everyone together. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Baroomby Bush Camp to anyone looking for a memorable camping experience. Thank you, Erica, for helping make our weekend so special!

Loved camping here, amazing view to watch the sunset! There is water, and the undercover kitchen area is great. Has a beautiful claw foot bath - we didn’t use as it was freezing, but would be perfect in the hotter months. Overall a very relaxing spot to camp 😄

What a wonderful little place.
Erica was a terrific host, very friendly and super helpful.
The site is private with amazing views, it is the only hipcamp site on the property and you have the area to yourself.
There is a bore water tank you can use also.
Lots of improvements happening to the site to make it better for future hipcampers.
We got to be the first to try the outdoor claw foot bath tub watching the sun set.
Highly recommended and we hope to visit again.
Wish more hipcamp properties offered privacy like Baroomby Bush Camp

I had a wonderful overnight stay tent camping here. You are the only site on the property, it’s beautifully quiet with an incredible view of the sky at night. There’s a sheltered area so no need for a gazebo or tables, a wonderful campfire area and plenty of space for multiple people. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for hosting us.

Tranquillity silence I think you can hear the stars twinkle at night. Fantastic remote feeling. The road in is 4x4 recommended and some tight spots for a caravan but it was so worth the short drive.

An absolute gem of a place - from the hilltop location, to the kitchen facilities this is a must visit for a relaxing weekend in the bush. Host Erica is so accommodating and super friendly. Easy communication and access - we had two vehicles and two dogs who loved exploring the bush and meeting the resident horses. Definitely want to return to this gorgeous spot in the Tablelands.

Our host Erica was a lovely lady, very welcoming and was able to give us ideas on places we could visit.
The site was extremely well laid out, clean and well maintained .We made good use of the covered area and the smaller of the fire pits. There was an abundance of fire wood. The dogs enjoyed the walks.
This site was wonderful for us but could easily accommodate a family gathering.
We plan on returning to enjoy more of Baroomby’s sunsets. Thank you Erica

Would definitely be coming back! With plenty of area space and privacy, even if you go with friends you won’t feel crowded. Plenty of activities to do throughout the days such as waterfalls, creeks and the hot springs only minutes away. Not to mention, the beautiful sunset you witness each afternoon. The hosts were very hospitable and willing to help when needed. Sink at site to make washing dishes easier, and lovely little shack with plenty of space if needed.
