Requirements
• RV’s shall be fully self-contained and must retain all grey and black water. There are no toilet/shower facilities in the RV Park
• Maximum of 4 consecutive nights
• No on-site release of grey water or other waste
• Dump point is in the turn around area adjacent to the RV Park
• No open fires are permitted
• Pets on a leash when walked in the area and must be restrained at all times during the stopover period
• Owners must pick up their dogs faeces
• Consideration be given for residents and road users when walking in the area; and
• Noise minimised after 8.30PM
There is a dump point and town water available and rubbish facilities. Caretaker on site. Payment can be made at the RV park for $15 per night. It is cash only currently and no change is given

* 5 minute drive to Cooroy business centre where you’ll find a great variety of cute shops, local clubs, restaurants/cafes/takeaways, bakeries, IGA supermarkets, service centres, hardware, Post Office, a fabulous library and adventure play ground and much more.
* Medical facilities in Cooroy include a doctor, dentist and vet 3 km away, with hospitals close by at Noosa and Nambour.
* Refill your Petrol, Diesel or LPG tanks in town on your way in or out.

Directions into our Property-
Once you have turned into Uhlmanns road; the bitumen will turn to a dirt road. Look on your left - we are the second driveway on the left. it is gravel and dirt and goes up a small hill to the farm gates which will be open.
Once you have gone past the gate, the neighbours house is to your left along the fence line. Keep driving down the driveway; you will see an avenue of Camphor Laurel trees.
Camp site 1 is to the right of the trees on the flats of the front paddock. You will also see a fire pit.
We are now a working hobby farm and have animals free ranging on the property. If you wish to bring a pet, please ensure they are bird/ animal/ dog friendly.

The farm is home to more than 70 animals (All have names) including dwarf goats, cows, chickens, and our guests often have the chance to see cute baby animals up close! During the day you can enjoy a walk through the pine forest, and in the afternoon experience the incredible sunset vistas from our hill or from the luxurious outdoor bath. By night, sit by the firepit and gaze up at the stars while listening to the sounds of nature on the fig tree swinging chair.
The outdoor bathtub is available for hire for the evening with prior notice, and will come with natural bath salts
We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water.
Connection of power and water is an option for extra.
Our campsites are also dog friendly as we love having your fur babies visit! However if you are bringing your furry companions with you, please ensure they are friendly with other dogs, kept on a lead and supervised at all times, as our baby chickens and miniature pigs like to explore during the day along with my dog who will constantly want to be around.
Ready to explore outside the Farm? We’re just a short drive to Eumundi, Pomona or Cooroy for cute shops and markets, or venture 25 minutes to Noosa for a day at the beach and a variety of quality restaurants.
I live onsite in another area of the property, but will be available for any questions or help.

The property has designated fire pits per site. You must be fully self contained with either your van, kombi or caravan. We only expect from our guests that you leave no trace behind.
When you arrive over the old iron bridge you will see a gate and signage on the left.
We have three sites available to book.
Site 1 looks west towards the family home but further enough away to feel private it overlooks the dam and has the most space for larger caravans or motor homes.
Site 2 looks East and faces away from the family home.
Site 3 Is nestled under the trees and overlooks the creek.
All sites sit on an area of approx 1/2 Acre and can be rented seperately so you may have neighbours depending on bookings.
For families with young children we have a dam and a creek so it is your responsibility to ensure that your children are supervised around these water sources. Please consider this when making your booking.
Our policy is no noise after 9pm and we ask that sites be left in the same state as they were on arrival.
The property is Located close to the heart of Eumundi you can take a nice stroll up the lane, enjoy a camp fire (fire pits provided for you), relax under the stars, enjoy the many cafes and restaurants with just a short 4min drive and of course the world famous Eumundi Markets is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
We are also only 9mins to Cooroy and 20mins to Noosa. The beautiful town of Kenilworth is 20mins away. If you're looking to explore further, the charming town of Yandina is only a 15-minute drive away. A 20 minute drive to the west will take you into Kenilworth. Both Mount Coolum and Mooloolaba Beach are only 30 minutes away.
PLEASE NOTE:
* You need to be self-sufficient with your own camping toilet/shower set up. NO power, toilets/showers are provided. Please do not book if you do not have your own toilet
* Strictly NO party groups
* Due to the risk of fire ants, we do not allow outside firewood to be brought onto the property. Firewood cut from the property is available for purchase for those wishing to have a campfire. A large wheelbarrow load+bucket of pinecones is $55 (should last 3 nights). Please message Rob (0407 693 388) before 3PM for delivery to your van. You will need to bring your own fire pit and fire blanket.
* There are water taps around the campground to fill up from (1 tap is specifically for drinking water)
* The property can be accessed by 2WDs
* Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their dogs
* No access to rubbish facilities (ALL rubbish must be taken with you). There is a dump point in Cooroy

Bellbunya allows campfires (except on Queensland fire ban days) with the requirement that we can check that all safety precautions are in place and that we can check that they are completely out by the end of the day. Please work with us so that everyone feels comfortable about safety precautions.
We are a rural facility, our very rationale is back to nature, simplified living. There are attendant risks, snakes, falling branches, ticks, uneven paths, water holes, dark nights, even bushfire. You can minimise your risks by being snake and bushfire aware, always using a torch at night, taking care and staying alert when walking, watching your children. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DANGERS AND POTENTIAL ACCIDENTS VISITING BELLBUNYA, and indemnify the Association for Sustainable Communities Inc and all its employees and agents from any liability.

Eerwah Valley Estate is a stunning property perfectly positioned between the hinterland and Noosa Heads. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the wide open grassy space was perfect for the kids and our dog to enjoy without any crowds. Beautiful private spot, shower with a view is fab, kitchen is very well stocked, cooking gear and plates, cutlery etc, even a small fridge, we only needed our tents & beds! Hut is close to campsite, worked really well for 3 of us in 2 tents. Luuk is friendly and helpful, brought us plenty of firewood, definitely recommend.

Beautiful campsite - The property is really well maintained with plenty of space, set at the base of the mountain so picturesque.
The host was amazing, even set up our fire for us, which we really appreciated.
Location is also a big plus. It’s close to Eumundi and Noosa, but still quiet and private.
Would definitely stay again!

An absolutely peaceful and secluded piece of paradise with brilliant night skies. We were lucky to have the moon down until almost midnight. Great firepit!! Well stocked kitchen and a hot shower. Could get our little 4m van in with just enough space to turn around. The bird life is amazing; constantly active and very serene. Easy to communicate with Luuk. Very responsive and respectful hosts.

Cean and tidy no amenities but 3 mins down the road public toilet that needs council to invest in upgrading so (The stop over experience) is a better cleaner public toilet experience. also pizza on weekends is a thought. maybe double in intake of the park as was booked out school holidays, yet space was available at 730pm at night. yet could not book so drove 2 hrs home tired. my fault I know.

Nice quiet park, very well maintained. Large space near the Dam where we stayed, the showers and toilets were also good. The pool was a hit for our son. Great place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.
