Our little piece of paradise is 50 acres of paddock and bushland set in the Glass House Mountains, halfway between Brisbane and Noosa. Property is close to lots of walking tracks and mountains to hike in the area and we are only 5ish mins drive from the town centres of Glass House Mountains and Beerwah. We are surrounded by pineapple farms and honest boxes of limes, pineapples and avocados are spotted along the nearby streets.
Our little hobby farm is perfect for a city break! Wake up to the sound of chirping birds and wallabies passing through. There is an old macadamia orchid and we are currently in the process of building a new chicken coop, so will hopefully have hens and eggs soon! Numerous damns and creeks run through the property but they have not been cleared of weeds for swimming.
Clyde is our resident horse who will likely come visit you at your campsite. He is the sweetest boy and loves nothing more than a carrot and a gentle pat. He is an old boy now so not suited for riding but is a wonderful companion!
There are no facilities here so all campers will need to be self sufficient with a camping toilet. It is preferred that campers bring their own water but bore water can be supplied if you run out (not the ideal for drinking).
I live in the main house so am available for any emergencies but will give you your privacy! Dogs are welcome as long as they do not chase off the wildlife and are calm around the horse. I have a dog at the house so must also be dog friendly or else kept on lead!
Campfires are allowed in designated fire pit dependant on fire rating.

We are a small hobby farm with Bee Hives, Dogs, Cats, Chickens (a few roosters) horses, cows and a couple of pet pigs.
We are located just 35 mins from Caloundra and 45 from Maroochydore. We are close to Australia Zoo, Ewen Maddock Dam, Maleny and Glasshouse Mountains. Enjoy mountain walks and cycling.

Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle.
Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.
Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook.
We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.
Fantastic restaurants in Montville.
We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.
4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks.
Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

Formally a banana & pineapple plantation, Hunchy Hills is strictly 4WD only access property. There is a toilet and gas hot shower included. Sites 1-3 are large level pads approx. 12M by 12M, each with their own fire pit and log seat.

There is a mixture of eucalypt forests and rainforests in the headwaters of the Mary river. The creek is inviting to explore with swimming pools to cool down. The forest here is diverse, from subtropical rainforest to open eucalypt forest.
There are walking tracks which let you explore more of what the property has to offer.

Our little piece of paradise is 50 acres of paddock and bushland set in the Glass House Mountains, halfway between Brisbane and Noosa. Property is close to lots of walking tracks and mountains to hike in the area and we are only 5ish mins drive from the town centres of Glass House Mountains and Beerwah. We are surrounded by pineapple farms and honest boxes of limes, pineapples and avocados are spotted along the nearby streets.
Our little hobby farm is perfect for a city break! Wake up to the sound of chirping birds and wallabies passing through. There is an old macadamia orchid and we are currently in the process of building a new chicken coop, so will hopefully have hens and eggs soon! Numerous damns and creeks run through the property but they have not been cleared of weeds for swimming.
Clyde is our resident horse who will likely come visit you at your campsite. He is the sweetest boy and loves nothing more than a carrot and a gentle pat. He is an old boy now so not suited for riding but is a wonderful companion!
There are no facilities here so all campers will need to be self sufficient with a camping toilet. It is preferred that campers bring their own water but bore water can be supplied if you run out (not the ideal for drinking).
I live in the main house so am available for any emergencies but will give you your privacy! Dogs are welcome as long as they do not chase off the wildlife and are calm around the horse. I have a dog at the house so must also be dog friendly or else kept on lead!
Campfires are allowed in designated fire pit dependant on fire rating.

Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.
Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook.
We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.
Fantastic restaurants in Montville.
We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.

We are located 3 minutes from Montville and 7 min to Palmwoods.
There's plenty to explore in the area with short drives to the many attractions including National Parks, Glass House Mountains, the famous Rick's Garage Diner, wineries, micro breweries and more.
Go fishing at Baroon Pocket Dam and have a swim at Obi Obi Creek or Kondalilla Falls or Gardeners Falls. If you're after some saltwater it's a 30 min drive to most beaches on the coast.

Our little slice of paradise is on 17 acres only 5 minutes from the cute township of Palmwoods on the popular Sunshine Coast.
Our property is approximately half natural bushland and half grazing paddocks for our horses, pet steer, goats & guard llama. We also have several ducks and chickens and therefore can occasionally supply free range eggs (for a small fee) - please ask to check availability.
We have 3 flat campsites in the quiet & picturesque bushland. Our road is quiet and peaceful, yet we are only 25 mins from the gorgeous beaches of the Sunny Coast and 10-15 minutes from the beautiful village of Montville, up on the range. There are numerous places to visit within 40 minutes from here.

Granite Cascades is a nature retreat in a beautiful area on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in the headwaters of the Mary River. Here you can enjoy nature at its best.
Granite Cascades offer beautiful creekside private camping on a total of 160 acres which is a Nature Refuge and protected area. We are at the end of dirt road so you feel you are in the middle of a wilderness. This is a quiet retreat where you can soak in nature, restore your soul and relax.
There is a mixture of eucalypt forests and rainforests in the headwaters of the Mary river. The creek is inviting to explore with swimming pools to cool down. The forest here is diverse, from subtropical rainforest to open eucalypt forest.
There are walking tracks which let you explore more of what the property has to offer.
If you fancy a Sunday coffee or relaxing breakfast we are only 5kms from Crystal Waters Ecovillage (They host movies, markets, music nights, yoga, artisan bakery and a cafe).
I am an artist and manage my property for its ecological value. I love to share my love of this special place with others. Guided nature walks can be also arranged.

Ali & Jo have a great, open block with sites that are somewhat partitioned off from the main house and the other campsite allowing privacy during your stay. They met us at the gate & then allowed us to enjoy the serenity of the creek while we were there. Good location, close to the Sunshine Coast & perfectly set up for those that have their own amenities. Hope to come back again!

Easy to find and very beautiful views all around and the hosts are very friendly. The sites was also very big and you are far from your neighbors. Would diffidently recommend for a weekend away and there is lots to do in the area as well.

Errol & Kaye were great hosts. We loved the location with easy access to hinterland activities. As an easy location to get to from Brisbane, this was an easy choice for a couple of nights away.

What a fantastic weekend we have just had! The weather was abysmal all weekend however it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits Our group camp was full of laughter chatting catching up guitar playing singing and generally relaxing. Bushy and Emma are the most fantastic hosts and went over and above to ensure we all were have a wonderful stay at their property. This was our second time out there and certainly won’t be our last. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Hosts Emma and Bushy were wonderful and friendly.
Grounds were amazing with great facilities.
To top it off the D'Ag Pub has a courtesy bus that will do pick up/drop off to the camp grounds.
Can't wait to go back!

We have a young family and this site was incredible. It was picturesque, particularly on dusk. The horses were beautiful, and such a hit with our 3yo. Rob, the host was great and very accommodating. Really good location within close proximity to attractions on the Sunshine Coast.

We loved the privacy of this campground. Beautiful paddock with trees surrounding and a running creek. We spent our time relaxing, watching the resident wildlife, including an azure kingfisher. . The campsite was shady, clean and big enough for a small group, if wished. 15 minutes up to Maleny.

We had a lovely weekend camping and swimming at Bushy's. The toilets were clean, the grassy campsites were well maintained and we made the most of the firepits and picked up a bag of wood. We loved going for a paddle and swim in the lake. It is easy and relaxing and we will be back.

We absolutely love Skippy Trails and have returned multiple times. Beautiful property, plenty of space, excellent privacy and so close to shops / coast etc, plus access to highway to Brisbane. Highly recommend!

Easy to access, great vibes from the hosts. enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the lake, and bathroom facilities were decent. I saw a friendly possum scoping out leftover food and many native birds wandering around my site. Everything seemed really well maintained, and there was enough dead branches for kindling and firewood for my two night stay.
The aspects less than ideal for me was hearing the neighbouring property (I think on the far left side of the "Lakeview" side) play loud music in the distance, and their vehicle engine idling for half an hour on Friday night. I also thought the light outside the bathroom building was quite bright and projected light that I could kinda see while in my tent. Good to know where to go but it felt unnecessarily bright.
There were huge flies to battle during the middle of the day, I guess just a good excuse to go for a swim. Something to prepare for though I'm not sure how to deter them - citronella lamps maybe?
I'd still bring my wife here for a future stay - perhaps further away from the bathroom area and other campers.

Bushywood at Woodford is absolutely beautiful! The lake is stunning and perfect for a relaxing day by the water. The facilities are fantastic — the toilets and showers were spotlessly clean, which really made the stay comfortable. Great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend!
