Ilkley hights is located 15 minutes from the beaches of the Sunshine Coast and Mooloolaba, you feel like you are in your little rainforest setting, but close to shops. Be with nature, and sit around the fire pit with quiet surroundings, all your firewood is supplied, so that's one less thing to bring. The space they have is approximately 1 acre, the site is a rainforest backdrop land and a fire pit only, and they need their toilet facilities. you have a choice of 3 sites

Carlo’s property is stunning! Nice and level area for our camper trailer and beautiful surroundings. He lit the fire pit for us and was a super friendly host. Conveniently located only 15-20mins from Mooloolaba. Definitely keen to come back :)

Thankyou Carlo for all your help! Ilkley heights is fine however, it wasn't suitable for our 24 ft caravan. Turns were too narrow and tight for us and our overhang was too long for changes in ground angles. Fine for smaller caravans and sprinter sized RV's but not for the big rigs! Thanks again Carlo!

🌳 stay with the best 🪵🔥
We had a great time surrounded by beautiful trees and enjoyed our evenings by the remarkable fireplace - the best we've ever seen, stocked with wood and more chopped nearby. It was perfect for cooking our dinner and providing cozy warmth while we watched the stars. Our hosts, Carlo and his wife, were incredibly welcoming, ensuring our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay in the designated area because our campervan is long-wheel based, but there was plenty of other room to park. The whole place is beautifully maintained, reflecting Carlo and his wife's dedication and care. Nestled right next to their house, the location offers a perfect escape into nature and is very close to the beach, with other places to explore around. Carlo is more than happy to chat and share great life stories; as a boat captain, he has plenty. He can also take you on a fishing trip or for a spin on his 4-wheel bike, which he kindly did for us. Thank you so much for everything, and hopefully, we will meet again sometime in the future. 😊
