We have converted a container into a tiny home overlooking our gardens. Relax and unwind by the outdoor fireplace by night while you enjoy the sunset views over the hills. We are close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, creeks and parks. It is only a short drive to Pottsville town. There is plenty to see and do in the Northern Rivers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like some recommendations.
The container has been converted into a tiny livable space with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Features include a compost toilet, hot shower, air conditioner, toaster, stovetop kettle, fridge, daybed, queen size main bed (towels and linen are an added extra), small deck with an outdoor kitchen and bbq area.
You may like to meet our pet ducks or if visiting a farm is what you’re into we can recommend some great local farm tours within a 20 minute drive from here. Spa treatments, yoga, bushwalking and water activities are all close by. Unfortunately our goats are currently doing weed maintenance on a nearby property and may not be here for your booking.
If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting.

Your privacy is important to us! The glass doors are tinted and reflective, plus curtains are available for more privacy. The main house is a little over 50m from the tiny home. 4. All waste must be bagged and taken off site with you.

Set up your campervan or park your caravan on the edge of the flowing creek shaded with lush foliage overhanging from the trees. We only offer two sites for your peace and privacy.
There is access to a portaloo. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own shower, and drinking water. Please respect the environment and take everything with you when you leave. Please note this is just a farm portaloo not a glamping bathroom. Please make sure you clean it on departure.

Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.
We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. Campers should leave no trace.

The Kingfisher and Platypus Campsites have larger waterholes than the Stockyard Creek Campsite, are great for fishing and swimming as you wander the 2km of river frontage . They both have easy access off the main Kerry Road.
Friends love our campsites for catch ups, the bird watching, small historical or nature walks around the property and of course the cool waterholes in the Albert River.
Other groups use Kerry Valley Secret as a base camp for hiking adventures in the wilderness end of Lamington National Park.
Bring your togs and floaties to cool down in the waterhole on the Albert River.
Don't forget the marshmallows to roast on the fire at night (firewood provided).
Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest.
All campsites have basic toilet facilities (a portaloo) and firepit (with a free bag of kindling provided). Stockyard Creek Campsite also includes a picnic table.
Exclusivity is a feature of all our campsite and for that reason we only take a flat rate booking. Once you have booked no one else will be able to camp at the site, it is all yours.

We are close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, creeks and parks. It is only a short drive to Pottsville town. There is plenty to see and do in the Northern Rivers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like some recommendations.
The container has been converted into a tiny livable space with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Features include a compost toilet, hot shower, air conditioner, toaster, stovetop kettle, fridge, daybed, queen size main bed (towels and linen are an added extra), small deck with an outdoor kitchen and bbq area.
You may like to meet our pet ducks or if visiting a farm is what you’re into we can recommend some great local farm tours within a 20 minute drive from here. Spa treatments, yoga, bushwalking and water activities are all close by. Unfortunately our goats are currently doing weed maintenance on a nearby property and may not be here for your booking.
If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting.

Friends love our campsites for catch ups, the bird watching, small historical or nature walks around the property and of course the cool waterholes in the Albert River.
Other groups use Kerry Valley Secret as a base camp for hiking adventures in the wilderness end of Lamington National Park.
Bring your togs and floaties to cool down in the waterhole on the Albert River.
Don't forget the marshmallows to roast on the fire at night (firewood provided).
Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest.
All campsites have basic toilet facilities (a portaloo) and firepit (with a free bag of kindling provided). Stockyard Creek Campsite also includes a picnic table.
Exclusivity is a feature of all our campsite and for that reason we only take a flat rate booking. Once you have booked no one else will be able to camp at the site, it is all yours.

A little slice of paradise. The views are incredible and the site was big, private and so well kept. We spent a few days as a family enjoying lots of lawn games, great food and taking in all our beautiful surroundings. Michael and Sally gave us a very detailed booklet with lots of information about everything we needed to know including places to explore. We all had such a fantastic time.

Misty Mountain is a great place to camp, especially since you can choose where you want to set up when you get there. Excellent walking tracks, and great for dogs as well!

Amazing, quiet little part of Tweed Valley.
We would definitely come again. Our dog was happy. We could rinse off and enjoy the creek, though it was low with no rain for a while. The sunset walk was the best part.

The best HipCamp we have ever stayed at. Everything is perfect about this place. We stayed in campsite 1 which is quite large and on the rivers edge, 10 steps and your in the water. The other two campsites are so spaced out you wouldn’t even know anyone else is there with you. The friendly cows made the trip even better. So peaceful and so serene. Going to sleep listening to the running creek was lovely.

What a perfect little spot. Spotless toilet, amazing outdoor shower. It is obvious to us that Alan takes pride in how he presents his property to campers. 20 to 30 minutes to major towns and amazing coffee van called ‘HIghway’ just 2km away. We will be back.

Beautiful location that was easy to find and the facilities were amazing. We had a powered site for a caravan and it had everything easily accessible. We brought dogs and tucked ourselves in a corner and had just an amazing time. Value for money and the view is to die for. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.

A great little campground near the creek. I felt a little disoriented by the signage as there didn’t seem to be any signs saying “Tyalgum Showgrounds” but I trusted google and I arrived safely and at the time I expected. The office staffer was super friendly despite being pulled pillar to post. Check-in was simple since I paid via Hipcamp. Bathrooms were clean and showers were hot! The dump point saved me some extra kms on the way home, too! The grassy camp site was perfect for having my doggos with me (extra glad the mowing was done a week prior so most of the cuttings had blown away).
