Welcome to Ukiyo Spring, a peaceful private property set across 15 acres in Cudgen, NSW. With only two thoughtfully positioned campsites, guests can enjoy generous space, natural surroundings and a quiet atmosphere away from busy campgrounds. Surrounded by open paddocks, palms and tree ferns, Ukiyo Spring offers a calm place to slow down, enjoy birdsong, golden sunsets and star-filled skies. Located just minutes from the Kingscliff and local restaurants, it’s the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Just a couple of minutes drive from the M1 great location for an overnight stay. If you just want to switch off, no cooking - Uber Eats is available for delivery at this location - you just need to meet the driver on the private road. The Kingscliff Beach Hotel operates a complimentary courtesy bus for guests living or staying within the Fingal Head and Cabarita areas. To arrange a pickup directly to the venue, simply call the hotel at [xxxxxxxx]. Operating Hours: Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Best suited to self-contained campers seeking space, privacy and connection with nature. Good access, grassed very gentle slope to flat land can accommodate a big van. Some shady trees nearby, views to neighbouring farm. Guests must be fully self contained. This site also has a small fire pit area and festoon lights along with a beautiful coastal breeze.

We had a great stay at Kellie’s place - the property is spotless and the location is great. We stayed on the dam site that had a great fire pit , seating and lush grass( no need for a mat out the front of your van).

Great space for a large van. The fire pit and lights were gorgeous and we had a beautiful rainbow across the green and lush grass. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Will stay again.

Good location, lovely block of land providing plenty of space between the sites. Kellie was pleasant and quickly responded to any enquires that we had. Some early morning road noise, however extremely minor and not present at night. Site entry can be a little tricky as it is on a sweeping bend on top of a rise.

Every time my partner and I go camping we think it’s our favourite spot. But this is seriously our favourite spot now! Kellie was so helpful and kind. The place was so peaceful and had the most amazing sunset. Would highly recommend.

Kellie’s property was beautifully landscaped, well kept and in a great location close to Kingscliff township (we even rode our e-bike in). Kellie was great host and very accomodating. Would highly recommend and will stay again

We had a fantastic night here! The entire property is so well kept & the campsites themselves were gorgeous with a fire pit and fairy lights setup. The property is also in a great location being only 7 minutes from Kingscliff beach, Will definatley return if we pass through again

Had an awesome weekend here. The property is pristine with beautiful landscaping, and the dam was a standout. What I appreciated most was the privacy. perfect for switching off, slowing down, and really connecting with nature. Easy access and so close to town and beach. Highly recommend.

Amazing quite spot. Kellie is a great host. Nice big area to park and super quiet. About a 10min drive from KIngscliff which is full of cafe's etc. Will be back for sure.
