This enchanting tree-filled, 13-acre property is located in the beautiful South Coast region of NSW, close to the spectacular beaches of Jervis Bay and quaint villages of Berry and Kangaroo Valley. 

The property is hidden away among the gumtrees and surrounded by dairy country. It is a perfect, peaceful place to base yourself for a weekend or a week exploring the beaches and nature walks in the region, or the rock climbing areas of Nowra.

Your accommodation is a cosy room in our converted barn, where you'll be supremely comfortable with all you need for a great nights sleep.

A peaceful private 16 acre property an easy 5 minutes drive to the beach, lake and river around Sussex Inlet.Paddocks and 2 dams, kangaroos, horses & alpacas, backing onto bushland, great area for bush walks. Plenty of space for caravans, motor homes or tents. Privacy in the back paddock for those that have their own setup. Space closer to house for those needing amenities.Good access for caravans. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place.DOGS ON REQUEST. PLEASE ASK.We have horses and you are welcome to interact/feed/brush/pat, just ask me on arrival.**DO NOT USE OUR BINS, take all of your rubbish with you when you leave, guests will be fined if you put rubbish in our bins We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Bush Camping Vincentia

The best camp spot close to Huskisson!

We have grass paddock, located just 2 minutes from Vincentia market place.

We have 8 acres but keep 3 acres only for campers .

We are 5 minutes from Huskisson's beautiful beaches. Courtesy bus from local clubs will pick up from the front gate.

Guests will have access to a portable toilet throughout their stay but will need to have their own water and all other supplies.

Free use of fire pits (weather permitting & first in first served policy we have 8 fire pits) We also have firewood fresh farm eggs & bagged ice for sale.

Have updated our cancellation policy as when we have confirmed bookings in peak times quiet a few people we stop taking bookings from other's.

Country Camping on the Coast

The site is well grassed and provides abundant shade from the overhead canopy. Best shade is in the morning when you want to sleep in. There is a tranquil creek on the eastern side of the camp and horses and hand reared cattle graze on the western paddock. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. Bring some books, set up a hammock and laze the days away. Beaches on the coast and beautiful Jervis Bay are 20 Minutes away. The Jervis Bay region has much to offer so if you're up for adventure, bring your kayaks and snorkelling gear. Our beaches have the whitest sand in the world. Why not check out the dolphin and whale cruises and get up and personal with the marine life.The property is 3 km off the Princes Hwy. Turn off is at Wandean Rd Wandandian.No pets please.

Serenita - Falls Creek NSW.

Unfortunately due to Hipcamps changes to insurance we are no longer accepting bookings and the site will be closed permantly from 14th January 2024. All current bookings will be honoured. We thank everyone for their support in staying at our site.
'Serenita' was purchased in 2017 as a run down 'junk yard' with the vision to get it to where it is today. 'Serenita' means serenity and that's exactly what this place is. It is a 5 acre hobby farm with dogs, cows, chickens and a rooster, koi fish, turtles and wild kangaroos, ducks, kookaburra's and cockatoos. Each year we are lucky enough to have Kingfishers nesting on the property and nesting white cockatoos. At times you may even have a visit from wild deer. The camp site is a large section of land sectioned off to the rear of the property with a firepit and firewood supplied. The dam has lots of yabbies and you are welcome to trap and you may just have a feed the next day. Access to our property is via a private road where the public road ends so we are very secluded.

With only 2 neighbours using the private road traffic past the campsite is virtually non existent. Being Hipcampers ourselves we saw the need to provide a property set in the natural bushland that is easily accessible, available for overnight stops on long trips or week long camping for families or groups throughout the year. Close to the beaches of Jervis Bay and close but far enough away from the shopping centres of Nowra and Vincentia for all your supplies. 'Serenita' is the ideal switch off place lying in the hammock under the trees with a cold one in hand.

We are forever trying to improve the land spreading a lot of soil around to try and improve the grassed areas but the rains of 2022 had other ideas but our mission is to get the area fully grassed.  We are also planning on building a jetty for the dam if we get the water level low enought to get it done. 

Finally we leave the campers to their own privacy as if you were in the bush on your own but we are always just a message away if you need anything or just advice on the area. Check in is after 12 pm and checkout is 11 am.

Sit back and enjoy the flames of the fire in the home made fire pit with firewood supplied so no need to bring your own.

Woodenhead Experiences

This bush campsite is located very close to Sussex Inlet. We are just 10 minutes from the exquisite Bendalong and Berrara beaches. Here you will find great fishing, surfing and access to all watersport activities at Swan Haven. There is fantastic mountain biking through the Jerrawangala National Park.

Sit around the campfire and relax (firewood provided). This campsite suits self contained campers with own toilet/shower and water supply. You can use our BBQ and rubbish facilities. Well behaved pets on leashes welcome. 

Horses can be accommodated. Do not enter the paddocks with our horses but if you would like to meet the horses please ask.

Lovely cafes, pubs and shops 20 mins away at Huskisson to the north or Milton to the south. Go for an adventure to see the white sands of Jervis Bay. Enjoy waking up with wildlife and being central to many of the beautiful spots.
