Some of our campsites/ Van sites DO NOT come with facilities. Please read your site description carefully. We have 1 powered site that is power ONLY on our Dam site. No toilets, showers, kitchen or pool. You need to be fully self contained. Some Campsites are in our lovely small manicured bush garden setting. It's a level, grass/lawn shaded area. There are 4x 15 amp powered sites. Suitable for small quiet groups/ families. NOT suitable for loud partying. The state forest is a short 10min drive away for bush walking, mountain biking and 4 wheel driving. Beach is 40 min drive away. We are located close to the Central Coast and Newcastle. (In Cooranbong ) Some of our camp sites have access to three eco toilets and only one shared shower, rubbish facilities and drinking water. (Campfires) we have 5 fire pits on some of our sites , fires are permitted during the winter months. We also have 2 x 4 star cabins which sleep 15 between them, they are listed separately on Hipcamp. However the guests from both the camp sites and the cabins have shared access to the pool and facilities. Which includes a large under cover patio area. FRIENDLY PETS welcome. On certain camp sites ourSmall kitchen with microwave dishwasher and cook top and fridge may be used . Please just clean up any mess you make. For the next guest All cleaning products under sink. WE HAVE 2 DOGS that are people friendly., who love to meet new fury friends , they do have the run of our property . As our property has a lot of maintenance lawns /gardens ; we may use mowers blowers etc , we will possibly maintain between 10 am to 2 pm If needed.

Choose from one of our 4 sites on the property to set up along the river with access to your own boat ramp and jetty to fish from. Bring your boat and launch it from our boat ramp and head into Newcastle or Morpeth. The Hunter River adjoins the Williams River for those who enjoy water skiing or wakeboarding. We are only a 10 minute drive to Morpeth, Raymond Terrace or Maitland or a 25 minute drive into the heart of Newcastle. Bring your swag, tent, caravan, car with rooftop tent or camper trailer and enjoy being on the river. Powered or non powered sites available. All campers need to be self-sufficient, with their own camp toilet and we kindly ask you to take all your waste when you go. This is a working farm and please be mindful that we have cows and chickens on the property accompanied by 2 friendly kelpies that roam our property.

We had a lovely time camping at Katie’s property. Katie and her family were very accommodating and our kids loved playing together on the equipment and helping feed the horses in the morning. We absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts were so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. We had the best few days here, so peaceful and spacious! The location was amazing, so close to Sydney and the blue mountains. Absolutely beautiful outlook, the property was so pretty! The grass campsite was great, no dirt was brought into the van. The kids had access to a playground, trampoline and cubby house. The hosts children were super friendly and took our girls around the property, they bathed a horse and went on the buggy around feeding the animals. I would 100% recommend this camp to anyone. It was absolutely beautiful, look no further, book in here!

Fantastic location with lovely outlook in a quiet & secure area. Neil couldn’t be nicer & helped with water & power for minimal cost. Wonderful service. We have a 15m rig and would have to totally disagree with a previous comment about ease of access. We had clear instructions & Neil even walked down our route but it is extremely easy, we just avoided a lower lying tree. Neil recommended the bakery in Glenorie(won 3 years in a row). The pastry of the pies is divine & a lovely place to stop & eat, if not grabbing takeaway. Neil, you will definitely see us again when visiting Sydney. Pear Tree farm was amazing!! It was a last minute booking over the long weekend and we managed to snag a great spot on a powered site with a great view of the hunter river - stunning spot. I had a wonderful experience at this campsite last week! The location was absolutely beautiful — surrounded by nature, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Absolutely loved this campsite! It’s clean, well-maintained, and has both showers and toilets for visitors, which makes the stay really comfortable. You’ll often see wildlife around, like kangaroos and even horses, which makes it feel extra special. Campfires are allowed, and they even provide tinder and firewood (just remember to bring your own lighter to make things easier). Honestly, I’d say “don’t come here” so it doesn’t get too crowded and booked out! It really is a fantastic spot. Already booked my next visit! 🔥
