We have cleared grassy paddocks, some shady areas, and access to the Colo River, one of the most pristine rivers in NSW. Our river access is normally shallow, well-suited to young families or those who just want to lay back and enjoy a refreshing dip. Amazing sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing are provided free of charge along with bird watching, local wildlife, and horses in surrounding paddocks. We offer limited sites to comply with NSW Camping legislation and Hipcamp guidelines and to enable campers to experience the Colo as it should be, listening to the beautiful wildlife and really appreciating the outdoors. Sites are large with varying distance between each to enable you to enjoy the camping experience in your own space. Both paddock sites and limited river spots are available. If planning to stay with friends and you wish to share a site only 1 booking is required, the sites are large, some up to 30m x 30m. IMPORTANT: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with conditions, and a $20 fee applies. Please check with Hosts before booking. Once approved, please add the Pets Extra when booking. (Saturday night 2-night minimum) There is no mobile reception or internet access, therefore, providing a true off-grid retreat. Self-sufficient campers are preferred. There are fire drums available on each site, most with grill plates - subject to RFS bush fire danger ratings on the day. There are three communal flushing toilets and two awesome hot water showers! ALL waste is to leave with you! There are local bush walks through National Parks and great places for mountain bike riding although be mindful of holiday traffic in peak times on our local dirt roads. The local shop, Colo Riverside is open 4 days a week Thurs-Sun, just 10kms up the road providing last-minute supplies, ice, bottle shop, and cafe services. Please note: Due to our location bookings may be canceled at short notice in times of bad weather due to flooding, limited access, fire or flood warnings. We trust you will understand we are only looking out for your safety and of course, Hipcamp credits will be arranged.

Please pick up after them ANYWHERE they go toilet and also they must be vaccinated. No cats allowed. A campfire during permitted times is allowed but only in the fire pits. There is loads of dried kindling and small logs around the property otherwise please bring your own. All Sites have fire pits. CHILDREN are to be accompanied by an adult at all times if walking around the property. Beautiful spot to relax, with loads of wildlife and bird watching. Please use bins supplied and leave no trace. * There are 4 allocated camp sites. Two are easy(2WD & Vans/trailers) access and have the direct view through the valley. We do not have local shops or fuel stations. The London bus is suitable for children as the upper deck houses the bedroom. The lower deck houses the kitchen and bathroom with a front deck complete with barbecue and amazing views. Relax and watch the kangaroos and eagles from your private deck. Summer swimming in the crystal clear river and winter camp fires where you can toast marshmallows. The lower level has a cooktop "no oven or fridge share fridge at entrance of park", outside gas BBQ and tables. You will need to bring your own drinking water. There is a toilet and shower downstairs. The top deck has two small single beds and one double, quilts and pillows however BYO linen sheets and towels. This bus has featured on many TV shows and is often featured in travel magazines, including on Better Homes and Gardens television in 2013 and in many magazines shoots. There are fire drums available on each site, most with grill plates - subject to RFS bush fire danger ratings on the day. There are three communal flushing toilets and two awesome hot water showers! ALL waste is to leave with you! There are local bush walks through National Parks and great places for mountain bike riding although be mindful of holiday traffic in peak times on our local dirt roads. The local shop, Colo Riverside is open 4 days a week Thurs-Sun, just 10kms up the road providing last-minute supplies, ice, bottle shop, and cafe services. Please note: Due to our location bookings may be canceled at short notice in times of bad weather due to flooding, limited access, fire or flood warnings. Artisans Park is a farm set on top of a mountain which is sometimes windy sometimes snowing and being a farm we have animals and spiders and everything that nature includes note we can not control the weather or nature, there are no local coffee shops, we are not connected to the electricity. This is a camping site and our stays are like camping all heating is wood hot water is gas and lights are solar, No TV no power points no fancy appliances. If you like camping and staying in something unique Artisans Park is the place for you, If you want a luxurious five star stay we are defiantly not the place our stays are basic and clean. 1949 London Bus, WW2 Army Tower, 1885 Trig Hut Artisans Park is located 45 minutes from Bathurst and is the closest city for food and fuel. We do not have local shops or fuel stations. The London bus is suitable for children as the upper deck houses the bedroom. The lower deck houses the kitchen and bathroom with a front deck complete with barbecue and amazing views. Relax and watch the kangaroos and eagles from your private deck. Summer swimming in the crystal clear river and winter camp fires where you can toast marshmallows. The lower level has a cooktop "no oven or fridge share fridge at entrance of park", outside gas BBQ and tables. You will need to bring your own drinking water. There is a toilet and shower downstairs. The top deck has two small single beds and one double, quilts and pillows however BYO linen sheets and towels. This bus has featured on many TV shows and is often featured in travel magazines, including on Better Homes and Gardens television in 2013 and in many magazines shoots. No pets please. once again no pets including dogs.

Kenzell Farm is a 250 acre working cattle farm, just 10-minutes from Jenolan Caves and 20 minutes from Oberon. We have a breeding program in miniature Highland cattle and miniature goats.   Our family run farm is also home to Speckle Park cattle (some of the prettiest cows you will ever see), horses, ponies, miniature donkeys, pigs, camels, alpacas, llamas, fallow deer, miniature goats, guinea pigs and bunnies - and that’s just the start! Camping is also available via Hipcamp.We have drinking water available for campers, however, no toilets or showers so you'll need to bring your own camp loo and take all waste with you. Pets welcome but to be kept on a lead, please and poop picked up. You are welcome to have fires in the provided drum/firepit. Wood is provided and can also be collected from the property for use during your stay.

Welcome! Lovely to see you here. Our property is located in Arcadia, just 45 minutes from Sydney CBD. The campsite is located on the high side of the property that looks over into the valley & has stunning views of the Berowra National Park. There is a multitude of walking, hiking and mountain bike trails. There are also many nearby horse riding trails. The property backs on to Calabash Creek which is like a rain Forrest once you get down to the valley floor. Berowra waters is near by, whereby many fishing, canoeing, boating activities are available, coupled with some great cafes/restaurants. Campfires are allowed as long as there are no restrictions in place and they are supervised. Pets are welcome and can be off leash, however are the responsibility of their human parents. The property has ample room to accommodate larger groups that might want to hold milestone celebrations such as Birthday parties, whereby all sites will be closed to accommodate such events. Recently Calabash Haven hosted a party of 50 people for 50th Bday celebration. Feel free to inquire to see if we can accommodate your needs. Really beautiful property with both wildlife and farm animals. The caretakers were lovely and very helpful and lots of options for activities. We did the canoeing which was on a small but very beautiful area of the river. The camping area is neat but not super private. Would be great for big groups of families as the sites are unmarked. Facilities were also really clean and well maintained.
