Susan River Homestead is a welcoming and spacious campground that offers a blend of nature and engaging activities for campers. The site is well-maintained, with clean amenities and plenty of room to set up camp. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and a variety of activities, such as horse riding and a memorable cow feeding experience. While most reviews are positive, there is a note of occasional noise disturbances at night and a rare mention of a sewage smell in certain areas.

Loved this place. The cow trips were a special highlight. Next time I would love to do the horse riding. Great for kids.

We loved our stay here, big sites and lots of room & privacy. Not far from Hervey Bay and lots to see and do around the grounds. Beautiful sunrises.
