In the far southeast corner of Texas and near the border of Louisiana you’ll find Sea Rim State Park, a remote and unique coastal park where the Gulf of Mexico meets the marshes. Visitors can fish 5.2 miles of sandy Gulf shoreline or 4,000 acres of marshlands, hike the Gambusia Nature Trail, or potentially best of all, go for long walks on the beach.
