Two plus acres located on the beautiful Entiat River, this small hobby farm has a large open area for relaxing, playing volleyball, gathering around the bon fire pit, reading in the hammock, playing on the kids' toy, or enjoying the Entiat River at the private beach. This is the perfect base for the outdoor enthusiast with nearby hunting, fishing, hiking, boating, biking, or just relaxing on site. Have the privacy of country living, with close access to the Entiat Ranger District with extensive trails, or the Columbia River, Lake Chelan, and the Wenatchee River. You will share the property with the owner and activities must be family friendly. Camper van and tent friendly. Must be fully self-contained except delicious well water is available. The top of the private dirt driveway is steep. There is a friendly Saint Bernard dog, a goat, and cat on site.
Farm fresh milk, eggs, fruit, veggies, to go wood bundles, homemade bread and treats may be available for purchase depending on the season. Goat petting may be available depending on the goats' mood. :-)

We love Buck Meadows and have been camping here for years. The site is private and picturesque yet located quite close to town. The sites are ready-to-go with a fire pit, table, garbage, and benches/chairs, so it is easy to roll in with your tent and enjoy the space immediately. Brynn is always very receptive and helpful, and we can't wait to come back again!

We loved camping in Boxcar Annie! It had all the modern conveniences and was sparkling clean. The land was well maintained, quiet, and a short walk from the river. The outdoor patio and propane fire pit was a wonderful surprise and put to use nightly. The host was very responsive and so nice. Would definitely come here again!

Spend 4 days and 3 nights at Swiftwater. Tracy is an amazing host. She is very friendly and at the same time not intrusive at all. The Riverside beach is great and provided plenty of shade and sand for the kids to have a great time. The camp is conveniently located near Lake Entiat, Leavenworth, Wenatchee, and Chelan. I cannot recommend this site enough.

After a recon mission to Teanaway and Taneum, I stumbled upon Brynn’s property and knew this was the perfect place for my family’s very first camping trip. The sites are private and extremely easy to access. It’s peaceful, fun, and truly the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy some time outdoors. Our kiddo was able to ride his bike, run around, go on the paddle boat, throw rocks in the river, and even got to meet Fudge, Tootsie, Salt & Pepper (Brynn’s goats and lambs)! We only live 15 minutes away and felt like we were able to really “get away from it all.” The location is perfect for a quick weekend away or an extended stay if you’re traveling. I can’t say enough about Brynn - she’s accommodating, helpful, engaged, and checks on you to make sure everything is going well. We are grateful to cross paths and will 100% be returning very soon! 1000/10 stars!

What a great property! We booked dukes and huckleberry for a family/friends trip and it was so fun exploring, dipping in the river (carefully), putzing around on the pond, and riding bikes around the field area to and from the sites. We’ll definitely be back!

Relaxing and quiet area to spend some time. My kids loved the pond and the paddle boat. Easy to relax and enjoy the day here. The river is beautiful but was high and fast (in June). We would like to go back later in the season to see it when the river is lower. Be prepared for mosquitoes during the evening and early mornings.

Brynn met us at the gate and was most welcoming. Our 15 month old pup practiced her newly acquired swimming skills in the pond and tried to sit still when in the princess paddle boat:). We had so much privacy here by the river, it was difficult to leave but as Brynn had pointed us in the direction of a great bakery in Cle Elum… we felt obliged to venture out for cinnamon bread and pastries! We will definitely be back here to escape the I-90 grind on our long road trips. Next time we will add another day or two here to savor the journey.

Beautiful, peaceful property. Definitely can accommodate large RVs with no issue. Campsites have a nice firepit with benches and a couple chairs, and a nice sturdy picnic table. Brynn was available when needed, and very responsive. Otherwise we were just able to chill on our own. My family lives nearby and came to hang out and my preteen nephews enjoyed the pedal boat on the pond. Tons of space to walk around, and play outdoor games. It is Thorp, so expect breezy days (there is a reason why they have windmills on the ridge above the river). Also the camp is next to the Yakima River, a pond, and some small creeks, so be prepared for mosquitos. They were very happy for fresh skin when we first arrived and were getting set up. Brynn was kind to drop by a mini bug zapper and some spray. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Brynn and Bob!

I loved staying in the tiny house! The
Atmosphere was amazing. Woke up to deer standing outside the tiny home. The space was clean and comfy. It was my first experience using the app. The host were very accommodating and I really enjoyed my time there. Wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely will book this stay again in the future

Found this gem for a Father’s Day weekend trip with my kids and it exceeded every expectation. The wildlife viewing was incredible, the scenery was beautiful, and we had complete privacy to just enjoy nature together. Brynn’s hospitality was wonderful and really made the experience special. This is a special place to connect with nature, and we’re coming back as soon as we can. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

We stayed 3 nights at Buck Meadows/Dukes Roost in June. Great campsite and very welcoming! Brynn and Bob have a beautiful property along the Yakima River. Very fun campsite setups with seating and fire pits. Lots of walking paths to discover. We were there for a granddaughter’s graduation, so unfortunately we didn’t have much downtime to spend relaxing and exploring at the site. Would definitely recommend to other campers.
