My siblings, boyfriend, and I had a super relaxing time staying at Gardens of Evernest. We cannot stop talking about how beautiful it was there and how generous Erica and her family are. From helping us bring our things to our site, to offering homegrown berries and peaches, showing us around their land and recommending places to hike and swim, offering us a lovely place to sit to eat, offering us a more secluded site for privacy and so as not to bother others, keeping their bathroom stocked, providing access to a beyond beautiful outdoor shower, mowing the grass to keep things walkable, offering firewood, and being so kind about us running late to arrive, Erica and her family were the best hosts one could imagine. And there are so many flower gardens!!! We also had a lot of fun watching the chickens, cows, horses and other animals in their corner of the world as well as the shooting stars from a summer meteor shower. We thought we heard a bear a couple nights but have decided it was probably a horse! We wish we had more time to explore the trails on their land but will try to make it there another time :)
Past trip
in Oceanfront Island Campsites, MaineMy boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at Floods Cove! The kayaking was fun and the island was beautiful. If we had more time we would have relaxed in the gazebo and explored a bit more. The Flood family was super welcoming and friendly and did a lot of work to help us enjoy our stay including supplying firewood :)
Talia hasn't gone on any trips yet.
