We had a wonderful weekend at the Grove. The site was lovely, with a nice pad, set up with table and chairs, fire pit, corn hole set and nice solar lighting.
The site was very private with walnut trees on 3 sides, and with the van parked it was completely enclosed.
On arrival there was a nice list of local attractions and a welcome bag of walnuts from the farm, which were delicious.
One of the owners came by to check we had everything we needed and they gave us a contact number if we needed any assistance.
The Santa Ynez valley is beautiful, and this is a great location close to los Olivos and solving.

We had booked the vehicle area for a weekend, which showed on the website that there are 2 designated spots. I spoke to Michael the day before we arrived and told him our arrival time. We got to the camp and the 2 spots were occupied, with no other flat area available. We looked over the property for an hour to try to find the owner. There is no cell reception and no way to contact him. We had to leave and come home.
We are still waiting from some kind of acknowledgment from hip camp about getting a refund.
When we got home I checked the website and it appears he has 2 separate listings for the same property.
FYI if you book this property make sure you confirm with the owner that you actually have a spot.

We went up to Twisselman for a quick weekend break from the coastal June gloom. It was a wonderful relaxing weekend. The pond is beautiful with big sky views all around. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless and worked great.
Ethan was informative and friendly and met us at the gate as soon as we arrived.
Great spot to "get away from it all" . Carrizo plains is nearby , and is well worth a visit, especially if you enjoy some solitude.
