Site 3 - Finn's Landing
in Brook Road Mountain Forest, VermontBeautiful spot in the woods off of a private dirt road. There are trails to walk right in the vicinity, and our host Hilary told us about a great little hike near by with incredible views!
The 3 available camp sites were clean and flat, with prepared fire pits and logs to sit on. we were the only guests at the time, so it was very quiet and private.
The hosts recently built a gorgeous (not exaggerating) composting toilet, which could be the best part! Itâs fresh and clean and smells like wood!
Site 4
in OneRiver Farm, Lincoln, Vermont, VermontConway Natives Nursery
in Conway Natives Nursery, MassachusettsWhat a gorgeous place! Lilian was great about communication before we arrived, was there to meet us, and gave us a tour of her grounds. She is so relaxed, so hospitable, and made us feel right at home. Her nursery/fruit farm was peaceful, beautiful, and filled with good energy and life! Lilian has recently put up a new bath house with a compostable toilet, and built a kitchen/loft/porch/hangout area that really enhanced our stay. We got to enjoy the chickens, gardens, good people, and even some wildlife! There is an amazing chorus of birds in the morning that makes waking up a special event. If you happen to be in the area, definitely check out Wilder Hill Gardens! Thank you Lilian!
