Past trip
in Gracewood Santa Barbara, CaliforniaBeautiful secluded spot! We loved the sound of the trickling water and all the birds, plus the large shady trees. The bathroom was large and clean (flush toilet), just a bit of a walk. The fire pit, sink, and shower were helpful, and it was easy to get to downtown Santa Barbara and the beaches.

Past trip
in Arber-Moore's Ranch, CaliforniaBeautiful area, large spot, access to a nice creek, easy drive to Ojai and a market. Would definitely recommend!
Past trip
in Maverick Hill Ranch, CaliforniaThis spot was beautiful! We loved the view of the valley, the soft sounds of horses nearby, and the gorgeous oak tree. Easy access to supermarkets and hikes. Nice bathroom with hot water.
Past trip
in Spirit Walk - Private Retreat, CaliforniaLoved the trees and kitchen setup. Great amenities (water faucets, clean composting toilet, fire pit) and close to a little creek that provides a nice soundtrack to fall asleep to. We drove ten minutes to a beautiful hike among the trees (though many were burned in recent fires). Definitely recommend!

Sky Mountain - Window Rock
in Sky Mountain ~ Santa Barbara, CaliforniaBeautiful, secluded spot for tents
We had a great time staying at this spot. Easy access to Santa Barbara, beautiful trees, rock-free sleeping area, nice outdoor kitchen setup, and sweet hosts. Do pay attention to their warning about low cars having a hard time managing the driveway, but with some patience, youâll be fine.

(Dispersed site)
Lovely area of oregon - we enjoyed listening to the birds on the pond and seeing the trees and clover flowers. The portapotty was quite far from our site, and the kitchen setup/water seemed like it was part of someone elseâs site, but the communal bbq, fire pit, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs were very nice. Itâs a no-frills campsite, so you may have to pay for any extras, like an extra car, but itâs close enough to town that you can pick up forgotten supplies. Note that the directions say to stop by the blue house, but theyâve painted it brown.

We loved this spot! It was quiet, beautiful, shaded and sunny, and nestled between orange trees and a creek. The porta potty was extra nice too!

This was such a fun site! Not only were we surrounded by beautiful rolling hills, we also got to enjoy fresh eggs and veggies from their garden, and learn about the dozens of sustainability projects they are working on. Jim let us pick our favorite spot based on tree coverage and shade, and let us use a big table and fire pit. We drove to Temecula wineries within twenty minutes, and could get groceries in Hemet 15 minutes away. Definitely recommend!
