Past trip
in Ananda Valley Farm, CaliforniaBeautiful property and welcoming hosts. The Creekside site is fairly narrow and in sight/earshot of the group site. It's not the kind of site where I would want to hang out all day, and anyway, if you do that, you're missing out on everything Half Moon Bay has to offer, like scenic beaches and fun breweries. There are some lovely walks on the farm and additional, longer hikes, nearby.
Past trip
in Ananda Valley Farm, CaliforniaBeautiful property with easy access to the beaches and downtown Half Moon Bay. Everyone on the farm was very welcoming. Our group booked out all three of the available sites: they were close enough together to be convenient for a big group, but with enough separation that strangers would have a reasonable amount of privacy.
Past trip
Cozy FURNISHED Cabin on Eagle Hill
in 4,000 Ft Closer to Heaven, CaliforniaHollum Hill was incredibly peaceful. My dog and I loved sitting on the porch of the cabin staring off into the woods. During the day we followed some of the hosts directions to a short hike and Jenkinson Lake. The cabin, campground and facilities were clean and well maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend escape!
Past trip
in Zion Glamping Adventures, UtahEmily S.has mixed feelings towards this listing.
Zion Glamping Adventures is a great way to get a comfy and cozy bed during your trip, but you'll need to have your own gear (lantern, cooler, stove). There's a fire pit and a charcoal grill at each site. Restrooms were kept quite clean. Location is very scenic and easy to reach Zion, or explore locally. Host is very helpful!

Emily hasn't gone on any trips yet.

BaseCamp 37° Josey Wales Tent
in BaseCamp 37°, UtahI couldn't imagine a more ideal glamping experience than BaseCamp 37. The host, Amy, has done such a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. From creating beautiful spaces to the small amenities like plenty of hooks for hanging things in the tent and providing lotion (it's very dry in the desert!). We loved having access to the shared kitchen with everything we needed to cook an easy post-hike meal (besides the food, obviously). The social spaces are very inviting and encourage you to get to know the other guests and trade stories about your travels, while the tents provide plenty of privacy and have comfortable places to sit and take in the scenery. The Josey Wales Tent may be the closest to the shared facilities, but it's positioned in a way that there's nothing blocking your view of the land and is a great spot for sunsets. This place even smells good from all the pine wood used in the construction. We'd love to go back someday!
