First and foremost, the hosts were fantastic. They were friendly and cooperated with us extremely well, which we appreciated. However, the site was not quite up to what was advertised. It appeared there would be a mini-fridge, there wasn't. The site said there was a working wash station, there wasn't. There was supposed to be a water pump, but it was broken. The shower had no privacy at all except the building in between the site and the hosts home. If we had been better prepared for that situation we would have enjoyed our stay, but we weren't. If you are truly prepared for an off-the-grid rustic setting, then this is a great place, with plenty of charm.
