I loved my stay at the farmhouse. It was beautiful, peaceful, super clean, very modern and comfortable. This is a top location on my list. Would love a visit in each season.
Thank you so much Terry and Angela

My 3 day trip at Forever Forest Preserve was wonderful.
The owners Andy and Nancy, were some of the kindest, friendliest, most generous people I've met. They went out of their way through my 3 days there to help me, and assure a wonderful camping experience for me.
The site I stayed at #1 was idyllic for me. Right on the creek I listened to a babbling brook the entire time there. A never ending supply of firewood was provided daily. Blessed by perfect weather, totally enveloped and surrounded by a forest, it was heaven for me. I just can't say enough good things about my experience at Forever Forest Preserve.
Site 1 - Double Rainbow Farm
in MLWSTABLES DOUBLE RAINBOW FARM, PennsylvaniaStaying at wonderful rainbow farm
From start to finish we had a most wonderful time staying for 2 days at MLW Stables/Rainbow Farm!
Upon arrival we first walked through both sides of the stable to greet each beautiful horse.
Then we met our very gracious and wonderful host Milton and his partner George, who let us know if there was anything he could do for us to just let him know.
Our cute little cabin was perfect for us, with very comfortable beds, quilts and feather bed, Keurig coffee maker and coffee, spring water fed hose right outside the door, as well as the clean outhouse, and very large firepit with more than ample firewood right next to the cabin as well. There was a great deck right outside the door too with a great view of the pond, mountains and roaming horses, about 40 of them.
Two beautiful rescue horses, 3 friendly pigs, and a good assortment of very friendly dogs visited us regularly right at our cabin. The pond was wonderful for boating, swimming or just sitting, and a duck trio kept us company there.
On our first night we met Milton's sister Sandra and their mother, who so kindly and generously brought us homemade blueberry and apple pie - it was delicious! And whenever we saw Milton he would share with us a charming, interesting or poignant story which we enjoyed very much.
We even had a fun donkey cart ride with 'Mr. Donkey-iote' - guided by his owner Jan.
There was still more to do and explore and we loved our stay and didn't want to leave, but alas had to.
