This is a large, level, private area with plenty of room to turn around and position your RV. It is close to several good restaurants on the water and numerous beaches. A great jump off point for all your Orcas Island adventures. The hosts are fantastic and super welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This was a great getaway location, surrounded by blueberry fields. Very little traffic in the area, and very pet friendly. Just enough space to toss a ball or frisbee and run free. The large trees provide plenty of shade and wind protection. It’s is dark and quiet at night, a great place to stargaze without much light pollution. The fire are is super nice with a brick pad that’s a nice touch.

Past trip
in Golden Triangle RV Bend, Oregon, OregonGreat location, easy access to bend
This is a nice easy to get to place just a few minutes outside of Bend. We stayed three nights, and had a 10-15 minute drive to most downtown places we wanted to go. Water and power are right there for easy access at both sites 1 & 2. I'd say site 1 is slightly better with a larger area to spread out if you wanted to, but might be harder for some people with a larger rig. Our 20' trailer with a full size truck were no problem, but others may find it harder to get turned around. Once you're in, you have lots of space. Overall, great location with super awesome hosts.

Secluded Meadow
in Huckleberry Hideaway, WashingtonCedar Tree Grove is a very secluded getaway from the hustle and bustle. We stayed at site 2, which is a bit more private. We had no problem backing our 20’ travel trailer into the site, and there is enough room that I probably could have pulled in and turned around. If solitude is what you’re looking for this is really nice. Nobody was around anywhere and we had the whole place to ourselves. The dogs enjoyed running a bit and chasing rabbits through the brush.

Super easy stay, very good if you're passing through and need a quick hookup for power, water and easy access off the highway. Our stay was in early May so there wasn't much going on, which was exactly what we needed. Dogs stretched their legs in the very large RV parking area.
Past trip
in Shaded Private Camp Site, OregonThis is an easy spot to get in to. It is good for either RV or tent. I pulled up my 20’ travel trailer and turned around with ease and plenty of room. The 30 and 50 amp power is really nice. It’s fairly private as far as traffic, and mostly fenced to let your dogs wander a bit.

Barry hasn't gone on any trips yet.

Waterfront with dock access
in Vital Farm at Clear Lake, WashingtonAwesome location!
What a great place! Very wide open area with plenty of room for dogs to run, kids to play and do kid stuff. The lake is great, with plenty to do and see. It takes mere seconds before bald eagles are spotted, probably more than one. We were greeted by a doe and her fawn one morning. We took our kayak, which was great. It's an easy launch and Clear Lake is a great lake to paddle or row on. I am sure fishing is great, but we were too busy keeping the dogs ball moving back and forth to the water. The little coffee shop at the intersection is an easy walk and has really good breakfast burritos. The mini mart has a decent selection of ice cream if the heat is up, like it was for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this spot for a super relaxing place to just be, which was what we were looking for. Robert, Cheryl and their kids were fantastic hosts.
