Peaceful Pines
in Peaceful Pines, IdahoNot staying there again
The directions were not good (at least include some mileage/distances and get road names correct) and the road was VERY rough. It was the roughest road I’ve taken my camper trailer on (and I take it on national forest roads often). The site would be ok for 4 tent sites and two camper and two tents but was crowded with three camper trailers/RVs and for tent/dry camping it really needs a port-a-potty. It also has a shared firepit, which was not a big deal, but was not stated in the description. And trying to charge $15/day for wood at a shared firepit is not good . Also due to the cramped space someone was already set up in my spot, forcing me to take someone else”s.
Mountain View’s & Grassy Meadow
in JIM’s TREE FARM, IN GREEN BLUFF, WashingtonWe’ll be back!
Jim was a terrific host, going the extra mile with RV leveling and positioning help and offering other above and beyond help and local 4-1-1.
He did a great job of communicating throughout our experience. We found the property to be absolutely perfect for our family’s maiden voyage in our first RV.
The location was great, with Big Barn Brewing so nearby (we had a great experience there too), and farms all around with grocery and gas nearby. We also enjoyed a great trip to Mt Spokane which was a pleasant 30 minute drive away.
