in Riverside Camping on the Farm, North CarolinaWe had such a great stay on the farm. The site was easy to find, very clean, and quite private. You could see campsites in the distance, but you still felt like you were in a completely private place at night. The location had some beautiful views over the corn field and hills! We look forward to coming back.
Maggie Moose
in Muddled Moose Retreat, ArizonaWhat a sweet little find. Maggie Moose was a quick 40 minute drive from the entrance of the Grand Canyon. Drove back after sunset for a bonfire under the stars. The location is definitely remote - about a 10 minute drive down bumpy dirt roads - but Karen gave great instructions to help find our way. Would definitely recommend driving for the first time in the daylight to orient yourself. The tent came stocked with firestarter and wood for the fire. There were cute Christmas lights on all of the trees surrounding the tent which helped light the pathways and also created a nice ambiance. Pack for the cold! We went in the first weekend of October and it definitely cools down more than expected at night. Be sure to bring more blankets than youâd think you would need. Overall a very nice stay and would definitely stay again!
