Site is located on the south lawn of the ranch house. 50 foot paved space available for parking. If you try and bring a 60 footer, that will be TOO BIG! Additional space on grass next to RV can be used for additional vehicle. Please check photos for a map. Must provide your own tent or vehicle if camping (RV in photo is just for scale). 30/50 Amp and fresh water hoses available, but no sewer dumping on site. If you are just parking the RV / trailer and not using it for an extended period of time, space in the back lot can be made available with sufficient planning time. Wifi might reach you but no promises. Grill in backyard available! Indoor house access is strictly off limits for this listing except in case of a dire emergency. Water Rules: You may use the hose but do not remain connected when not filling up. The county has warned me that this may result in a fine and campers who ignore this rule will be held financially responsible if that occurs. The spicket is not directly adjacent to your site. If you need a longer hose, we have one. Please check the property map and zoom out. This will show you exactly how far you are from the road. Having a play pen for children and a leash for animals is strongly advised for this reason.

Michael was a great host! Very responsive to our needs. He provided an extension for the fresh water hook-up since it was rather far from the actual site.
We loved staying at Everfree Shire Ranch! Michael was an amazing host; he was welcoming and gave us a wonderful tour around the place. We fell in love with the rescue horses on the property, they were stunning and would come running up for pets and loves. The site was perfectly paved and it was great having such nice rv hookups. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace in the evening with the horses on the other side of the fence keeping us company. We would happily return to the ranch for another stay!

I stayed here for an extended amount if time while waiting for a spot at an RV park. Mike was real nice and easy to get along with and the property is in a great location about 5 minutes from stores and restaurants. My dog made friends with a couple of the rescue horses he has (across the fence). Overall great spot and will most likely go back in the future.
Peaceful location! I enjoyed my stay😊
Had a great time. Thank you!
Unfortunately, when we arrived our host was out. Actually, didn't have the chance to meet him for the 3 nights we stayed. We were out to San Antonio most of the time, so I guess it made it harder.
On our arrival we noticed that the lawn was not mown and there was few couple of trashes from the road on the ground.
We also found out shattered glass on the pad (which is infront of the property, close to the road). So we didn't want to park there. Plus, even though I had ask about the access for our big tiny house before making the reservation, it was a bit tricky for us. But that's something the host couldn't have known. We exchanged with Michael and parked infront of the paved pad.
While we were away, and Michael was back, he removed all the shattered glass pieces and sent a picture. So nice of him. Next morning we moved to the paved pad.
Our stay was fine.
Thought this would be different.... so close to the road - traffic was loud and couldn't comfortably let our dog and toddler play. Pics deceiving, site smaller than portrayed. Hard to get in and out of for our 60 feet, beware sharp turns.

It is advertised for 50 feet. So if you had problems as a 60 footer, well, that's why. Usually, there is a hose running up to the site, but I literally JUST had someone mow before you arrived and they moved it and I have a job now so I am at work on the weekdays. You did not call me back after that so I thought you had things under control. As for the site, there is a an overhead map available in the photos that clearly shows exactly where it is in relation to the road. Thank you for your feedback though. I will re-emphasize the points you brought up in future descriptions.
I have no complaints! Easy, cheap, and exactly what I was looking for.
+ fast and clear communications with host.

Sorry about that. My previous lawncare service provider did not show up and my own riding mower was not starting, and I was unable to find a replacement until just yesterday. I'm going to be honest, y'all have the biggest "tiny" house I have ever seen. I was not expecting that from the description. My trash service people have been leaving a mess because when guests do not bag items, M&M just dumps the loose stuff on my lawn. Its a real problem, but I cannot afford a better garbage service at the moment. Y'all were awesome though. Such attention to detail. I never would have seen that broken glass. I tracked it back to someone 6 guests before you. That's how long it had been there!
