Excellent pull through site. Very flat. Great views of Copano bay. Loved the fully fenced yard for our dogs to play fetch and hang out in the grass. Long pier for fishing and watching the sunsets.

We were here in May 2024 and loved it so much we came back in November. When the wind is low fishing from kayak is great in both May and November. We enjoyed the pier fishing too. Sunsets are Amazing!!!

We again stayed at Ms Roxy’s BayRock Retreat on Copano Bay (this is our go-to home away from home), and as always, everything was fantastic.
The lighted fishing pier is one of the best features, and we had a ball. This trip we caught and released a bunch of speckled trout, and even a small squid and a small ray. Check out the size of the bait shrimp we caught in the cast net.

We recently stayed at this beautiful RV spot on the bay, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect—right on the water with stunning views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The pier is fantastic, providing a peaceful spot for fishing or just relaxing while taking in the scenery.
The fish cleaning station was a major plus for us. It's spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to clean our catch after a successful day of fishing. The entire area is pristine, reflecting the care and attention that goes into maintaining this spot.
What we loved most was the quiet neighborhood. Even though you're close to everything you need, the tranquility here makes it feel like a true escape. We enjoyed walking around the area, and the locals were friendly and welcoming.
Overall, this RV spot is a hidden gem on the bay. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept, and beautiful place to park your RV and enjoy nature, this is it. We can't wait to come back!

A wonderfull place to stay. Do not worry, if you forgot it, they have backup gear for you. All you need is a rod and reel, bait and they have everything else. I will say it hard to drive in with a class A motorhome.

This place was amazing ! Such a cute spot and they have everything you need ! We have 3 dogs and were able to let them run around without any worries. My kids caught so many crabs and fish. Literally the best spot ever ! Oh and the most beautiful sunsets every night !

I chose this spot because I needed to feel a real break from work ON THE WATER and we wanted to try travel trailer camping with our dogs.
This space is truly an enormous blessing to all who visit!
The semi-circle drive through made the trailer delivery hassle-free and all of the hookups were perfect. The furniture is comfortable and sturdy!!!! The grill was very easy to use. The wifi was perfect with enough power strength for TV and I could have worked ( had I wanted to ) : )
The dock is well-maintained and our dogs must have walked a marathon in and out, by the time we left. The seawall is also wide enough that our dogs could walk side by side and they loved "guarding" our spot. There are so many kinds of birds, the dogs were totally entertained and by day 3, they were just chilling with the ducks : )
We brought our kayaks and the ramp was easy to use, just don't forget your water shoes, as the bottom of the bay has lots of shells.
We fished, cooked, kayaked, and just relaxed. I literally can't think of anything that could be improved. Roxy is SUPER responsive and was so kind to answer all of my questions! She made the whole experience truly effortless. THANK YOU, ROXY!
We would recommend this site to anyone who asked and WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Most Rewarding Vacation Ever

20 out of 5 stars!!! This is possibly the most rewarding vacation we have ever had. Two years ago, we had to give up our dream beach home in Galveston, due to some health issues Anne was having. She has spent the last two years losing weight and strength and peace.
She has stopped losing weight, but has not yet been able to regain any strength or stamina. We decided to try a camper (we used to really enjoy camping) as a way to get more active.
We spent two months looking for a perfect “first” camping trip, and thought BayRock Retreat looked the most promising.
Best decision we ever made! Anne spent the first afternoon beaming with a huge smile. I have not seen her really happy in several years. Wednesday was her birthday, and we had a blast catching specs on the lighted dock. The privacy fence kept our dog safe, and we had use of the kayaks, cleaning station, and patio furniture.
We could tell that BayRock Retreat is part business, and part labor of love. I want to tell you it is also part healing ministry.

This place is really wonderful and peaceful. Yes there are neighbors, but you feel pretty secluded. The pull through was pretty easy and hookups even easier as they have 2 options for full hook ups. The dock is so nice. The first couple of days were pretty windy, so I didn’t get to take the kayaks out and when I finally could, I didn’t really feel like it 🤣, but the water definitely calmed down enough where it could have been a great little kayak trip! The fish weren’t biting much, but everything was set up so well for a great time fishing. There was a basketball hoop. If we had brought the kiddos and pup they’d have had a blast. Def coming back with them one of these days!

What a gem! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The concrete pad is level and we easily navigated our RV in and out of the gates. The views of the bay are amazing. Roxy is a gracious host and communicates everything you need to know well in advance. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved camping with our little camper at Roxy’s spot on the bay. The private pier was so nice to have. We enjoyed fishing with our 2 little kids. Also, the property is completely fenced making it perfect for our dog too. We didn’t take out the kayaks, but will make a point to do that the next time we stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Roxy's place. It's a great location that's easy to find and it has everything you need for a great time. We loved the fishing pier which has nice bright lights to fish under all night. Crab traps were nice to have also. It was quiet and and very little traffic on the road. The outdoor shower was a life saver in this heat! All in all it's great and we look forward to another stay. Thanks Roxy!!

BayRock retreat was the perfect weekend getaway. The pier was the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunsets and great for watching the ducks at night. We didn't use the kayaks, but the kayak ramp made getting in and out of the water with our tubes a breeze. I would highly recommend this spot, and look forward to coming back.
