Description

Young State Park’s Modern Oak Campground cusps the bountiful, beautiful Lake Charlevoix—just a hair inland from Lake Michigan in Michigan’s twinkling Upper Peninsula. Find your trailer a spot, then get on out there! Grab the little ones and jump over to the camp store for treats or the playground for tricks, or run solo & take some shots at the basketball court. Later on, journey over to the beach, spread your saltillo blanket, and make yourself a little picnic perch in the sunshine. This gem of a lake even has gem of a song written about it. It must be good. Happy listening and happy basking!
