Description
For a campground with a little more comfort than some of the primitive camping options in the Salmon-Challis area, check out the family-friendly Flat Rock Campground. This medium-sized campground is set right along the Yankee Fork of the Salmon River, about 13 miles outside of the quaint town of Stanley, Idaho. Bring the kids or a group of friends to enjoy lazy summer days of fishing or light hiking, followed by evenings kicking back grilling up a few burgers and telling stories around the fire.
