--OPEN FOR LATE WINTER/EARLY SPRING CAMPING!-- *If conditions allow for access. Full refund if weather makes it unaccessible Come relax and enjoy the views of the Columbia River and the North Cascades. Plenty of sunshine with epic sunsets, our property is where you come to unwind and soak in the sun when the east side of the Cascades is socked in with clouds and rain. If you want to explore the area, it's about a 10-minute car ride to the Columbia River and 20 minutes to Chelan and all that is offered there. Our favorite activities when we visit are to listen to the birds chirp and take in the surroundings. There are several lava rock piles that speak to the long and volcanic geological history of the area. We also really enjoy walking the dirt road on the ridge. It provides some of the most incredible views in the area. The dirt road section over the ridge can be a little rough and dusty and it's recommended that guests have a medium clearance vehicle, such as a Subaru Outback. However, a guest once drove their Honda Civic down to the site, so it really depends on your comfort level. If in doubt, just ask! We have a security camera on site we use for wildlife sightings and to check the weather. If the idea of having the camera bothers you, feel free to place a blanket or some other type of cover during your stay. We can also turn the camera to only face the entrance. Just let us know. Please respect the surroundings and others' property. There are several other vacation cabins in the area and everyone enjoys their peace and quiet. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, Sagebrush Hollow is the place for you. When you arrive, it's pretty clear where you can park and where to place your camper if you brought one. If you're tent camping, you are free to pitch your tent anywhere on the property. However, there's a walkway that leads to a cleared area that is a great place to pitch a tent. It can get a windy the further west on the property you go, so choose your site wisely.

Great communication from host
Great communication from hosts! Unfortunately, something came up on our end and we weren't able to make it out, but certainly hope to stay here in the future!

The view was beautiful and really enjoyed the privacy and the freedom Sean gave us. We were able to setup more towards the edge for a better view. Definitely recommend for those wanting to see epic sunset, sunrise, and star gazing. Also a great place for photographers to take some beautiful shots.

Sean's land is absolutely beautiful! It's definitely off the beaten path - be sure to have a decent vehicle because the road gets very rough in some areas. We truly felt hidden away in a more remote setting. The solar lights were a nice touch, and definitely appreciated the newly built outhouse!

Night of Peace & Quiet
Great overnight spot. Beautiful view. Very peaceful. Depending on your vehicle and setup it’s a little tough to get too ( little off-roading) but worth the effort.

Found the quiet and beauty
The view. The quiet. The simplicity. All things that are of high importance in this noisy world. You’ll find that here. Sean is fantastic with communication. One thing to note- the country road going to the site can be rough. If you’re bringing a camper, make sure it has a higher clearance. (My vintage one wouldn’t have made it). So bring your tent, and come away with your sanity and feeling refreshed from staying at this beautiful spot.
