in Four Acre Woods Campground, MaineNew campground in remote deer isle
This campground is way off the beaten path, with the drive making you wonder how you have not driven into the ocean. Campground is getting its legs under it, Caleb was fantastic and incredibly passionate about his campground venture. Campground has a community vibe due to the size and layout. Sites vary in size and privicy but was able to pick and enjoyed our site. Lastly did i mention the STARS.... holy crap I have been camping in remote areas all over the country, and these stars with no light polution were amazing.
Also fyi you are campin next to the ocean humidity is real, gettting a fire started can be a challenge if wood is left out all day. Make sure u also have a rain fly for your tent or that condensation will get you wet!
in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming
Great campground one of my favorites. Make your you arrive early to get a spot, we arrive around 9 and spots were almost Full, but we were able to snag great spot. Beautiful spot to watch the sun set on the Tetons across Jackson lake, really got some amazing photos. Facilities were also top notch, Bathrooms were clean, and the showers by laundry mat were really nice.
in Badlands National Park, South Dakota
Camped at the end of July. Great location to jump into the park. There is NOT much shade anywhere out here, so we aware it gets hot.
