The grounds also included bathroom facilities, pavilion, and parking.
Would love to stay here again, and would definitely recommend.

Past trip
in Catskill State Park, New YorkNestled in the Catskill high peaks region of upstate New York is Woodland Valley Campground. A spacious family oriented campground facility with great amenities and beautiful natural features. I stayed at the campground on the final weekend of the season in late autumn. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to score a spot on this packed beautiful weather weekend. Our site was right alongside the Woodland Creek, which weaves its way through the grounds. We rested that night to the calming sounds of the adjacent rushing water. Also, abundant in the area is the many beautiful wildflowers and of course wildlife who may stop by your campsite and say hello.
The campground is well maintained, and has complete running water bathroom facilities,

in Yosemite National Park, CaliforniaFew places, if any, can match the majesty of Yosemite National Park. Upper Pines Campground sits in the heart of the Yosemite Valley and allows campers to be fully immersed in the beauty of nature and its wild life. The campground is large and has the full amenities needed for tent and RV camping. Our site was set back along the perimeter of the campground with enough space between other campers.
The campground is a short distance away from the Curry Village, restaurants, and Visitor Center, as well as natural features such as the Merced River and Cooks Meadow. Countless, close by trailheads can take hikers to Glacier Point, Sentinel Dome, as well as North Dome and Eagle Peak via the Yosemite Falls Trail. Our hike up to the rim took us to
Past trip
in Sequoia National Park, CaliforniaNestled just a few miles out of the giant forest, in Sequoia National Park, is Lodgepole Campground. One of the most beautiful campgrounds my group has been to. The campground is large and features numerous sites, some more in the woods, others closer to the Kaweah River. With a market, gift shop, laundry, bathroom, and showers the grounds have great amenities for everyone. Each site comes with ample space, picnic table, fire pit, and bear locker.
The most notable feature is the proximity to Sequoia National Park. The campground is minutes away from the Giant Forest, Moro Rock, and miles and miles of hiking trails. Had an incredible time this summer, will definitely be back.
Past trip
in Catskill State Park, New YorkCamped at Kenneth Wilson last summer with friends and family. Aside from having great amenities, the campground also has a nice mix of natural features such as forest, streams, and some wildlife. Our campsite was perched at a high point in the woods which gave us a slight overlook of the sites below. With a large area and fire pit the four of us had plenty of space and open sky above. Will certainly visit again.

The Oak Tree Site
in Slateville Farm Secluded Camps, New YorkMemorial day camping under the oak
My girlfriend and I had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend camping at Cold Spring Farm. Heather and the crew at the farm were excellent hosts. They gave us a private tour of the farm and showed us all the of hidden places to explore including the quarry, hiking trails, and the hops fields. This is a beautiful property!
We set up camp under the big oak tree in the fields. Heather had the site set up perfectly with fresh spring water, firewood, and camping chairs. We spent two great nights under the stars listening to the owls and sitting by the fire.
We would definitely recommend staying at Cold Spring Farm! Thanks Heather!

in Free Verse Farm, VermontFreeverse was a great place to camp. The farm is beautiful, and so is the location. Misha was a very friendly host, we didn't have any problems checking in or during our stay.
My girlfriend and I stayed for 1 night, and it was clear starry skies all night. We stayed at site 2 and were both very pleased with the location, amount space, and cleanliness of the site. The bathroom, outdoor shower, and cleaning station were all up-kept nicely as well.
