Be preparedâŚ.The site is a parking space between the owners house and the 2nd site. You are 6â from each. Itâs right off of Rt 1 which is great but cars zip by until 11 pm and starting around 6:30 pm. The Wine shop/market will likely be closed if you arrive after 5pm.

Donât expect to sleep. Road noise from Rt 23 nearby along with a main rail line with 3 or 4 long freighters barreling by throughout the night made for nearly impossible sleep. Price and service fee also high compared to other Hipcamp sites.

Great sites, spread out from view on peaceful running, sandy bottomed stream with 100â plus cliffs hanging on opposite side, the Land as it was hundreds of years ago. Chad is a gracious host who clearly takes care of his guests.

Quiet, private setting complete with nicely cleared area for camp site, fire pit, and secluded portajohn. We were greeted by a family of goats on the road in and serenaded by coyotes after sunset.
