It is about an hour drive from south bay. Clean campsite and very private. We were literally over the clouds. Had a garbage and picnic table at the sight with a bathroom less than a 5 minute walk from our sight. Nice views and helpful hosts. Be prepared the last 3 miles of road is pretty rough so if you have a low car beware. Also campsite did not have much shade so definitely bring something. Bring bug repellent too. We noticed a small bat toy hanging off our gate and wondered what that meant...as it got dark several bats came out and we listened to them hunt which was cool.
