Had a blast at this site. Camp attendant was super nice! Site was tight but perfect for us two. The river was nice to hang out by. There’s a lot of wildlife which is fun. Crawfish all over the river, frogs poppin by and cool little kitty who hung out with us all evening and saw us out the next morning. Excited to see how they continue to grow as it seems there’s some cool things on the horizon

The views in the morning were my favorite part about this site. Watching the sunrise over the mountains almost made up for how late kids were up screaming and a neighboring fleet of RV's playing music loudly. The spaces are small and compact. No privacy at all. I'm sure when the reservoir is full it's much prettier but it was definitely not and the over all location definitely needs a lot of updating and upkeep. I definitely wouldn't camp here again. It was the only downer of our trip.

Eli and Julia are amazing hosts! They joined us for a camp fire and showed us around their beautiful property. It’s tucked away and quiet. Plenty of room to move around and set up. I’m definitely looking forward to crashing here again.
