Happy to write a second review for our second night at Eagle Pines, which was just as peaceful as the first. We in fact extended our trip by another day so we could enjoy this site longer. Organized, clean and well tended, we are hopeful to stay here again next year. Very grateful for the experience.

Deanâs property is wonderful for camping. Quiet, secluded, and so much to enjoy. Ideally perfect for tent camping, you will have all you need here. We spent most of our time sitting on the dock watching the river, also hiked to see the waterfalls. If you are one who is needing cell service, full bars on the dock. Dean is a very generous person to share this with strangers, please everyone keep it clean and donât abuse it. We would like to have it still available next year!

This location was perfect for us as we were seeking a quiet, private area for an overnight during a cross country drive. It is around 30 miles off the highway but completely worth it. Follow the given directions and itâs easy to get to. Jessica was a friendly and accommodating host and we would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thanks so much!

Mike and Bettyâs place was wonderful! An absolutely lovely setting with solitude. Mike was quick to show us around and give us our choice of camping spot, offer up firewood, a tour of the off grid winery when bottling was underway, and spend some time chatting and answering questions. Bonus: the duck decoys in the lake. My German Shorthaired Pointer thoroughly enjoyed planting his butt on the shore and staring them down for almost three hours straight. Entertainment to be had by all! As a stop over on the way to Montana it was our best night yet and we would love to stop back. The fall colors are on the upswing and the ride in the area was beautiful. Thank you both for accommodating our stay!
